    Purchased this end of November and used about a month....stopped charging the unit after a month....unit itself will not be recharged! that being said I was lucky since I have purchased it during the holiday season and extended return period until Jan 14th (regular it is 15 days) Not sure if Anker would have replaced the unit if it was out of the return period? I would expect something better for a $120 battery! that being said if it works , it is a great product and charges the iphone 11 pro incredibly fast, maybe 30 mins half and 1 hr full charge....

    I gave it a 3 star because its a good PowerBank overall but it couldn't charge my lenovo C940, I highly recommend calling Anker to make sure it would be compatible with your computer before buying.

    Worked great during the pandemic and when we had the forest fires there were a lot of power outages and this bad boy came in handy. Fast forward about 6 months it stopped charging my devices then it stopped holding a charge itself. It’s a bummer cause I spent a good amount of money on it and it was a life saver! Idk if it was just a bad unit bad Anker really let me down on this one.

    Was a Christmas present. Started using end of December or beginning of January. Does NOT work any more. Lasted maybe 6 months. No way to recharge the battery pack. Currently a very expensive paperweight.

    Sold as new and was certainly not with the scoffs marks it had. I was too far away and in need to return it. The product worked as it should. Just, a deception sale.

    Flaw in the device

    I have been using Anker product for a while and have had few battery packs before. I wanted one with higher hold power for my trip. I bought this on June 8th and charged it. It worked once in my trip. The USB-C did not charge or discharge. The usb-a still discharged and then I could not charge it again since the charging port stopped working. I do not recommend this product. This has a major flaw. I have seen other people complain about same issue.

    Just quit working after a couple of months. Won’t charge anything or light up. Only get lights when you try to charge it.

    USB-C socket is loose and supplied cable wiggles

    The USB-C cable connection is inexplicably loose and the cable wiggles instead of seating firmly in the socket. I've tried the cable that comes with the unit as well as 3rd party cables. Because of this my laptop connects and disconnects which is unacceptable for a battery that is supposed to travel with me. This is not limited to just a single unit, I returned the first and had the same connection issue with the 2nd battery which will also be returned shortly.
