    I like the look and feel of this power bank. The fabric top is a nice touch vs the normal plastic covers. It comes with 2 USB A ports and 1 Type C. That is plenty for the size. Speaking of size it is about the size of my Iphone 13 pro but thicker. I took it for a few days of travel and it kept my Ipad, Iphone and Bose Wireless Headphones all charged over 3 days. I liked not having to run for an outlet especially when living out of a suit case. The only cons with this are the included USB cable is short and they do not include a type c fast charging brick. For the price that should have been included. The Trickle charge is nice for small items like Air pods or headphones. This keeps the power for larger devices like Ipads and phones.

    Received dead battery; had no charge out of the box and would not charge even after being plugged in for hours. If it’s a controller issue then unfortunate there is not power button or reset

    I love this powerbank; this is the second one I have purchased. I use them together on my bike when I am doing long tours, but I always have one on my bike even for errands around town. They fast charge my iPhone several times on one full charge, and the extra ports lets me charge my vape, headphones, and lights. It will even charge my iPad when I’m decking in bed watching movies, so I don’t have to use some long extension cord nonsense. I’ve had nothing but success with either one of them, and it fits in my front or back pocket if I need it too. So if you’re wondering, yea, this is the one you want.

    I love this battery bank, it has charged my S21 ultra 4 times now and still have some left. How can you not want a power bank in your arsenal especially if you are traveling or camping. The size is super small for a 20kmah battery and light weight. Adding it to your pocket, book bag or purse will not be hard and will not make you feel weighed down. Charging is super fast for my fast Charging phone, takes about 2 hours for a charge instead of 6 with my old power bank. Also, this was able to charge my wife's GoPro and Her DSLR camera when we tried that as well. This is great because she always has to find an outlet at weddings to keep the extra batteries charged, but that is no more! Get one of these, they are worth every penny!

    At first it was working great, but all of a sudden it will not charge any device, if i double press the buttom all the lights will turn on for a second and then turn off...

    Works for phones and tablets

    I think it's a handy product to charge phones and tablets, which is what it's mainly advertised to do. I gave it a shot because other reviewers said it charged their laptops. For my Dell Latitude 7420, it slowed the rate of battery use. For my Dell XPS 9305, it said it can't charge it all and told me to plug in the power adapter it came with. Further research by me revealed that most laptops need a 65W charge, and this delivers a 20W charge. That's appropriate for phones/tablets, and it's my fault for not doing all my research before purchasing. The reason for 4-stars instead of 5, is that when I plugged in my Fitbit Versa 2, it supposedly reached a full charge in suspiciously fast time. When I put my Fitbit back on, it didn't function properly and said the battery was extremely low like it didn't charge at all. The Fitbit can be wonky occassionally, but I'm afraid to try charging it with this power bank again. I trust it for my iPhone and iPad, though.

    This item never worked. I bought it for a trip and charged it the night before. When I got to the campground, it never charged my devices. It never lit up. It is a $65 brick. By the time I returned from my trip, it was no longer returnable. This is ridiculous.

    Defective open box purchase. I had the same issue as other reviewers with the status light only flashing 1 bar while charging, even after 3 days. I tried using it and it never worked. Known good cables used and tested cables after trying on power pack.

    The Anker - PowerCore III Sense 20K mAh 20W PD USB-C Portable Battery Charger is a powerhouse in that it takes about the same amount of time to recharge as others but it charges my iPhone 12 fully 5 or 6 times before it runs out of juice. It charges my phone extremely fast as well. The USB-C 20 watt charging keeps up with the latest technology and you can charge and recharge from the same port. It also has two USB-A ports as well and all ports can be used simultaneously. This is not a pocket charger but will fit in a bag just fine. The aesthetics are nice as well with the cloth look to the cover. Best battery I’ve ever used.
