Did not charge. I am returning it! It was not inexpensive either and it is too bulky.

I really like this portable power pack (battery) for many reasons. The first may seem silly, but this is the first battery I have ever owned (I have had several) that actually looks good. The battery itself is covered on the top with a textured cloth of some sort that looks very sharp and gives the battery a good feel in the hand. There is a single button on top with four small lights to check on charging and capacity. It also looks really sharp. Next up, the battery comes with a mesh case with drawstring closure that will also hold the USB A to C charging cord. Now onto performance. So far very happy. The battery takes a while to reach a full charge, but all I have ever owned do. Once charged, it will charge up to three devices using two USB A and one USB C port. I have used the battery to charge my iPad 11 from nearly dead to fully charged twice on one charge. I haven’t tried to see how many iPhone 12 charges I can get out of it, but it would be several as one charge doesn’t seem to use that much of the batteries capacity. I have also charged both my phone and Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds at the same time. It charged both pretty quickly and still had plenty of battery to spare.

This portable battery charger has been very helpful so far. I have been using a range of portable batteries over the years and obviously prefer the high capacity ones, and I consider this 20k mAh unit to be just right. I personally would not get anything under 20k for my own uses, but for most people 20k is the perfect amount of power. This device charges fairly quickly, especially compared to most on the market, and the 2 USB and 1 USBC port makes this even more helpful. The size of this unit is also great, I would have preferred it to be a little flatter but again for most people it will be more than fine. I also really appreciate the fabric padded case it came with. It is great for keeping other items damaging this unit, and vice versa. So far it has charged every single device I have plugged in to it, and I cannot recommend this portable battery enough. Just about anyone who has a cell phone, tablet, laptop, or wireless headphones could use this device, it literally could be a life saver in the event a cell phone battery dies.

It takes to long to charge even if you use a fast charger

In the box is the portable charger, carrying bag and USB-C to USB-C charge cord. First impression - I really love the slim design and the weight of the charger. It’s heavy enough to know it’s there and will be a great addition to my purse. Charging - out of the box, I immediately charged the charger so that all of the lights were lit up. (There were 3 out of the 4 dots lit up.) I didn’t record how long it took but it was done when I checked on it a little over an hour later. My first test was an iPad Pro and charging took over 4 hours and it depleted the dots to 1. I am actually grateful that this charger works. It will help me to get some charge when needed. When charging my iPhone 11, it fully charged and there were still 4 lights on when it was done. I used both the USB-C port and the USB-A port and they both work pretty good. The only negative for me is the charge indicators (the dots). Personally, I like having a digital number to tell me when I reach 100% or 0%. Overall, since the charger is lighter, I am willing to sacrifice the weight for the digital numbers. I am also glad that the charger charges with USB-C and I am glad it came with a decent sized charging cord. Would I purchase again, probably. Would I recommend to friends and family, sure, especially if they are looking for a portable charger that can charge phones multiple times.

I purchased another brand portable battery and it was OK. I have an older Anker battery in the past and once I got this new Anker model, I forgot how much I missed out on quality, even the USB port connections feel more sturdy. My last test, I charged my iPad Pro 10.2 inch 2 times and my Samsung Note 8 Android phone 4 times to 100% and I still do not need to recharge my battery yet and stil at 2 bars remaining from my test - So the 20K mAh helps or Anker is really good compared to the competition. Also, this Anker battery is thinner or more compact than my other brand 20K mAh battery.

I bought last week for a weekend long bike packing/camping trip. I relied on this charger for x4 different charges and it charged my phone completely and quickly. Not exactly the lightest charger out there (i failed to consider this when buying) but it was great for the added security in knowing I’d have enough juice to charge my phone for the entirety of my trip.

This battery pack quickly charges phones and tablets via the USB-C port quick charge. Anker claims that a typical phone will receive 50% charge in about 30min and that was true with my Google Pixel 5. The battery fully charged my Galaxy Tab S6 in about 2hrs (from 10% to 100%). As a test I even charged my 13" notebook with this battery pack and it worked great. It does seem to take a long time to fully recharge the battery pack. I used a 65w charger and it took about 6hrs to fully recharge the battery pack.

My phone, a oneplus 7 pro, keeps starting and stopping charging with this battery bank. Other devices seem to work ok.

This power bank is a beast. I bought it to use with my Quest 2 since it has amazing output. One 3 foot USB-C cord from my front pocket to my shirt and it was just like having my phone in my pocket. I was able to play online over Air-Link with my friend for hours and the Quest 2 stayed full, the power bank was still on 3 out of 4 battery pips, and nothing ever got hot. This bank works with the quest best while the headsets battery is already pretty full. And its affordable!

I purchased this power bank because I traveled alot for work and needed power on the go. This power bank is still pretty slim for its capacity. Its able to charge my phone for multiple days with a recharge. Its also extremely durable. I work on roofs and have brought this bad boy up there multiple times, ive never dropped it off a roof but have still dropped it on roofs and its never had an issue afterwards

This charger has suited my needs well. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21+ and this portable battery charger charged my phone from 30% to 100% twice, and still had charge left in it. I love that it has the rapid charging capability. It charged my phone just as quickly as plugging into the wall. I also used it to charge a set of Bluetooth headphones. It charged them as quickly as plugging them into a wall socket and still had plenty of charge left in the pack.

This is my second time buying this powerbank. I've had my older one for years and it still keeps on going. It charges my phone numerous times during camping trips and is small enough to keep in my purse while traveling. (It's heavy but that's ok).

The Anker charges stuff and on a full charge it will charge a lot of stuff. First things first, this device is as heavy as real brick. I am kidding but it is heavy so please be mindful. We used it while on a family outing and when phones started dying that evening, we were finally ok with the fact that we had been lugging it around all day. The unit will charge several phones at one time, but I recommend doing one at time when you can. I found that the device will charge one faster solo than several at once. I have also used this as a standalone battery while operating even larger plug in devices like a karaoke machine using a plug converter, result may vary. The PowerCore is built very well and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend this for anyone's charging needs or as a self defense device (again kidding)

Outstanding charges fast and holds like 3 phones worth of battery
