I was looking for good Power-bank for my next trip, This purchase proved to be a great choice. I could charge my Go-pro batteries , IPhone simultaneously.

It's a great power bank, this is my second one. I have both and use them regularly, one at work and one at home. Because of my job I am always on the go and these come in handy. I purchased my first one in June 2019 and the other in March 2021. Both still work great. Because of this products reliability I have purchased other Anker products, most good but I have had issues with a couple of their products. Overall the company is good and these power banks are one of their better quality products.

All things considered for 20k mAh it charges relatively fast. The battery is straight forward to use and I matched it with an adapter I bought online that ha: 1 USB, 3 Micro-Usb, a lighting bolt, and a USB-C connection making this battery capable of charging just about any device I need; in fact as I type this review I have it actively charging my Nintendo Switch from 30% and has not yet dropped to 3 dots from 4 dots (the dots indicate how charged the battery is)

I've had this for a year and a half. Still works great. It's a travel essential and I even use it around the house so I don't need to be near an outlet or usb. It's a tad heavy, but it'll give at least 4 full charges to your devices. I've used it on android phones, iphones, a switch, and smaller items like my headphones and watch. My spouse hates technology and loves this thing.

I bought this product brand new and was great is a backup for my iPhone 12 Pro Max when I traveled around Texas. I think the charger was built strong but it was a little heavy than my other charger. However I liked it very much because it provided me a longer time to use my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I love to have it and I definitely recommend others to have it for emergency use. Kudos for the inventor and to those technical people involved to have this product made,

It charges 2 phones at once. Super convenient and i can even get a full charge to my table. I travel a lot so this is great for me lol

Its very reliable! Easy to use. Great for travel. Its thin so you put it in your pocket together with you phone!

I wanted a power source for my dash cam that wasn’t connected to my car and this works perfectly. I just plug in my dash cam and make sure it has power and it works for days due to lower power needed. It also has many outlets so I’m able to charge phone while powering dash cam. It charges fast and lasts a long time. I was hesitant to use it on dash cam but it works.

I can fully charge my iPhone 11 pro max twice with this powerbank! Extremely fast charge, reliable, and high quality!

So far I am very satisfied with this purchase. I've been on a trip where I have been using my Google Pixel phone a lot and wearing down the battery. This battery bank has been a huge help and replenishes the power nicely. The power bank is small but weighty. The plug gets rather warm when recharging the bank, so I unplug it as soon as it is recharged. So good to know I can recharge my phone even if I am not near a plug.

Great design, easy to use and quality. Did not charge my laptop, but that was my forgetfulness to look at Watts.

I bought this product twice; once for myself in the summer of 2020 and again for my mom for Mother’s Day. She was so impressed with mine when she borrowed it, I knew she had to have her own. The battery lasts for several charges and has come in handy when we lost power during and after a hurricane, power outages, and on trips when we haven’t had USB outlets to charge our phones/iPads. Would highly recommend - Anker is the way to go!

I am in love with this charger. Not only is it super lightweight, the design adds character and makes it easy to distinguish between my other Anker chargers. It has charged my iPhone over 4 times before needing to recharge the device and my iPad around 3 times. I was surprised that I like this better than my other Anker chargers that are 26,800mah. Beware though that when you need to recharge the device it takes hours.

This is a great charger. If you have a high end phone you need this. I did a phone upgrade and found out my old charger couldn’t handle charging my phone quickly. The best thing about the charger is that when my phone is fully charged it shuts off automatically so it never gets over charged. It’s a bit heavy but that’s fine. It has a sleek look with 2 USB ports and 2 lightning ports. It lights up nicely and can be used over days before needing to be fully charged again. It’s a necessity.

Since the wildfires here in Oregon, I've been stocking up on emergency supplies to keep in my car. Friends suggested this as a Must Have, so I bought it. It powered up quickly when I plugged it in and holds the energy well, so I feel secure that if I have to leave the house with no time to recharge my phone, I'll have reliable back-up in the car. And it can recharge any usb-enabled device, so also my camera and probably something else I'm not aware of.

I use this at work and i only have to recharge it once for the week and never fully drain it.

This is by far the best portable charger I have gotten in my entire life. It takes a little long to charge; but with a TRUE 20,000mah battery. You could charge your phone MULTIPLE times over and still be fine with the charge. I just wish the USB-C also worked an in output and not just to charge the device, but that's just a nitpick.
