I did an online purchase for this item and the delivery was super fast and easy, it arrived the next day after purchase. I’ve used this portable charger about 3-4 times. So far it has worked perfectly, I have the iPhone XS Max & it is cable of fully charging 2 times per light on the portable charger (which is so awesome). It is also fast charge, it fully charges taking about a little bit over an hour. It takes around the same time to charge as if you were using the apple usb-c 18 watt wall charger. Charging the actual portable charger takes a while but worth it. I use the usb-c to USB-c wire that comes with purchase & the usb-c 19 watt wall charger from apple to charge and it works well. At first it wasn’t charging properly (the light blinks when the portable charger is being charged and when it’s used to charge a device the light stay on). After plugging it to a different wall it started to charge. The only downside is that it is pretty big and heavy but to be honest I think it’s worth it! I still manage to fit it in my Herschel pack. It’s become an essential part of my life. Super happy with the purchase.

This device is a great thing to have just in case you are in need of a charge and have nowhere to plug in. The charge port in my car stopped working so it’s nice knowing I can just plug my phone into this without the worry of my battery dying. This power bank also works perfectly with my Nintendo switch and I love that it has the power delivery fast charge option with the usb c chord. I was able to charge my phone twice and the bank stayed at full bars. Will be using soon for traveling as well so it will definitely come in handy.

This is my second favorite portable battery charger. This is a lightweight battery charger compared to most. It holds a great charge and it charges my devices really well.

2 years later. it’s still working flawless . I charge it once and it gives my iPhone 14 pro max multiple full charges . Great for trips . Just a perfect gift or buy for anyone

I didnt think I needed this when we first purchased it. Since then we have purchased another. I love this thing. It will charge my Iphone from zero to 100% in less than 30 minutes. I can take this thing out on the boat or camping and it will charge my phone at least 4 times before needing a charge. If you do not have a portable power device GET ONE. This one is super easy to use, charge, and its a game changer.

This is a really elegant, well-constructed powerbank. The design and materials are beautiful. It takes some time to charge, but that is because it holds a tremendous amount of power. It uses a USB-C connector, so make sure your devices are compatible or you get an adapter for your connector. Using the USB-C cable, this powerbank fast-charges my Samsung Galaxy S9 as quickly as my QuallComm Quick Charge 3.0 fast-charging wall charger. I have never had a powerbank that could match that, so I consider this a big upgrade and am very satisfied. The first one I received was defective, with the USB-C port not holding the connector well, so it easily stopped charging. Best Buy took care of the issue by overnighting me a replacement, which is perfect.

Sleek and well designed. Used on whitewater rafting trip to recharge phone on river. Used it to recharge daily and still had plenty of juice at the end of the trip. Fast recharge and easy to store in dry bag or pocket.

Love this powerbank. It’s a little heavier than my other Anker but it charges like 4x as much so it’s worth the few extra ounces, even on a backpacking trip when you’re trying to limit unnecessary weight.

In my neck of the woods we get a lot of power outages. This charger is outstanding. I've tested it with my Chromebook, phone, ear buds, s even my fuill-sized Dell laptop. In all cases this item has been outstanding. My wife had to spend a couple of days with her mother in the hospital and this was a life-saver for her. Highly recommended.

Easy to use. Works well to charge my galaxy s10 and it does it faster than the wall charger. Also capable of charging Iphone 12, 11. Can charge 2 devices at same time and still able to do it fast. I took it to EDC and charged from 50% to 90% at least 12 times and did not have to charge the portable charger during my 4 days out there. I did read past reviews of phones not being charged fast enough or not at all and it might be due to your USB cable. Certain USB cables are not capable of fast charging so keep that in mind.

Plenty of capacity for two people using S21 in remote area. Lighter than our older 10,000. Negatives are cannot use the same quick charge plug end as our S21 uses. Must use older plug end with USB + C. There were lights blinking while using the new quick plug for the S21...I could not discern this was an error until time passed and the charge did not increase. Swapped plug ends and this was resolved. Also, you can only charge one item at a time when you want to use this. Overall good, not great. Best thing is the capacity and weight.

I have used it 3-4 times since I bought it just to make sure it works as intended. Well, it does! Cell phones charge pretty fast compared to a previous charger I had (yeah, technology may be the reason). I even charged 2 cell phones at the same time and the charger went down only 1 bar. The portable charger itself takes a little bit longer to re-charge but not a major issue. So far I'm happy with this product.

I got an extra one for my aunt! Great size for the capacity and is very light for what it is. What they don't add is it has a "trickle charge" mode which is the best way to charge low-power accessories. I thought this would be perfect for using the USB-C type to charge my Instago360 v2 camera. But it does not work; it's the Instago's fault for that. It will still accept a charge through the USB-A to USB-C cable though.

My phone is a Moto G7 Power so it has a large battery capacity and rapid charging. This is the first power bank I've owned that can charge my phone quickly and do it multiple times. But also, I sit far from my PS4 console when playing. The PS4 controller requires low power charging so I can't use a wall charger. The low voltage mode on this bank lets me charge my controller while playing without running a long cable from the console.

Lightweight and dependable. Easy to use. Lasts longer than wxpected

A let is the best portable recharger for the iPhone. The 20000 unit is quite a bit heavier when carrying it in a purse than a 10000 unit. (I own both.) make sure you check which cables you need to attach to your device and recharge the unit when traveling. I had to buy an extra cable with a lightning ending.
