    FIRST OFF!!! This is not cellphone or tablet! For it to not come with the wall charging brick! Not a fan at all of what companies are doing now in days with this. This thing is $50 +tax it should come with it's wall changing brick ESPECIALLY since it requires it's own designated brand brick. In the end you are paying OVER $70 for this power bank depending on if you can find the cheaper one at the store. Did it work? Yes it did, kept my battery hungry S21 Ultra charged while out doing doordash deliveries for 6 hours. But now I have to go back to the store and try to find the dumb designated wall brick for it or echange it for one that "COMES COMPLETE" out of the box.

    Work great, takes a while to charge fully, a little heavy. This is still the best external charger i've had.

    Pros: Using this to charge a new Android phone via usb-c to usb-c, the charge speed is good. The design and stylings of the product is nice. Comes with a soft case and usb-c to usb-c cable. Cons: Takes a long time to charge up, and the product suggests using a high capacity charger which is not included. The usb-c plug so far is VERY finicky. The charging to my phone disconnects if the plug is not in a very specific spot, feels like I would not be able to walk and charge at the same time.

    I really liked this portable charger since it is a 20,000mah. BUT it has stopped charging correctly and does NOT charge anymore. I use the original cable that came with it but for some reason it wont hold the charge. I have used portable chargers before so I know they take a long time to charge but this one just stopped charging unfortunately.

    It takes forever to charge it. The plug doesn't fit snug into the charger and it pops out.
