-What You Get: PowerCore Essential 20000 PD, USB-C to C cable, travel pouch, welcome guide, our worry-free 18-month warranty, and friendly customer service. (USB-A to C cable and Power Delivery wall charger not included.)
- To recharge the battery itself, try another wall charger, wall outlet, and cable
- To charge another device, try another cable and try the powerbank on another device

Couldn't Get It to Charge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the item and tried unsuccessfuly to charge for more than 24 hours. I used two different PD Chargers but it will not charge. So, I am the product to Best Buy. I really wanted this to work.
