Well, at this time I have only used the charger three times and the power bank twice to charge a laptop and my phone so I don't know how it will work long-term or if the power bank will hold a charge, but for now, it seems to work pretty well. I am pleasantly surprised that the power bank is relatively lightweight and small, it's actually smaller and lighter than the Insignia Power Bank I bought a few months ago, even though this Anker has twice the capacity. My concerns are that I'm not sure if the wall charger charges any faster than my standard USB charger, it takes quite a few hours to charge the power bank, something which I expected considering how its 10,000 mAh, but it also seems to take a long while charging my phone and laptop as well. I was hoping the Power Delivery standard would be able to charge a bit faster, but it doesn't seem to do so as far as I can tell. Also, after charging the Power Bank to full capacity and then using it to charge my phone, it seems that even after just a single charge, the power bank is like 40 - 50% depleted, something which is odd considering that my phone's battery is only 3,000 mAh and I don't charge it from 0 - 100%. It also seems to charge slower than I expected. I remember going out shopping for dinner/groceries once when I was charging my laptop using my Power Bank, then I forgot about it, and when I came back and remembered, I was worried I may have over-charged my laptop, but I was surprised to see that it had only charged to about 61%, and this was after more than two hours' charging time. I don't know if other chargers are better/faster, I guess I need to get out my metered cable and monitor the charging metrics, voltage and amperage, but given the brand reputation and reviews of this product, not to mention the price, I was expecting a bit more, but it does work well enough and gets the job done.

This little power bank packs a powerful punch. Between the fast charging and the compact size despite the capacity, this is probably my new favorite bank. Plus the addition of the power adapter in the box is great too. It's great for charging my phone, headphones and even my laptop in a pinch.

The battery is great!!! It charges super fast at a great price , the bundle was a great price, it fits in my pocket it also comes with a travel pouch, and a wall charger. I’m glad I purchased

Good size to carry around in my pocket. Has both usb a and usb c on battery. Both can use to charge. The charger is a 3 amp fast charger. Comes with type c male to c male cable. Use to this charge battery or charge other device.

Small and compact. Plenty of extra full charges for my smartphone for my daily usage. At most, I’ve used up half the power bank by end of day. Then 2hour quick charge for a full battery. YMMV.

Its one of the smallest 10000 chargers out there, it has a two way PD port and can rapid charge USB C devices or recent apple phones (with the correct cable added) very fast. It also has a USB C 18w home charger to charge it, so it recharges quickly as well. This bundle is apparently specific to Best Buy, and it was a great purchase, especially if you find one on sale less then the normal retail price. Very happy with it.

Pocket sized and lightweight. Charges my devices fast with the USB-C port. Glad the Power Core came with a wall charger.

This a good portable charger. It’s light, looks good and feels good. Doesn’t take to long to be fully charged. Keeps item constantly charged until it runs out of power. Works as advertised and it’s dependable and worth the price.

Small for its size, this pack runs and recharged my devices quickly while not heating up like some others. I did need to purchase an additional adapter for one of my devices though. Overall a good/great value.

This charger works well- quickly charges iPhone 8. I wish the surface was grey plastic rather than the cloth. Can use the usb or usb c port to charge. The wall plug can also be used as usb c charger and works well. Smaller than iPhone 8, but thicker. Would buy again.

I was very surprised at this product, it is excellent. It not only charges my phone very quickly as advertised but I thought of plugging it into my MacBook Pro and it began to charge it as well. So pleased that I bought a couple more batteries. Very compact, very stylish and very functional. Best battery I’ve owned. I rate this over the mophie products.

Got this while on sale and have no regrets so far - it supports USB-C fast charging, looks premium, is super compact and comes with a wall charger. Cannot beat it at this price point.

Good charger. Good power bank. Small enough to carrier with you. Little bulky but not too bad. I wish it had another port. Other anker power banks i have has 2 plus charging port. I should have paid more attention to the amount of ports. Only reason not 5 stars is because best buy said it was in stock at a store then next day say it wasnt. Then i pick 2 day shipment but it still took 5 days to get it. These are the reasons im slowly going to other vendors.

I love this portable charger. It is super convenient and easy to use. One full charge and it can charge my phone 3 - 4 times (from around 20% to full charge - I use Samsung S9.) Great for when travelling. It also offers fast charging. It also come with a small pouch to place your charger and cable in.

I needed a new cellphone charger since my old one is wonky at best. I actually ordered this product on May 19, 2020 and I have it shipped to my house. I bought it when it was on sale at $29.99. The charger is working wonderfully. Also, I think you needed to charge your charger before charging your phone. I forgot to do that and my phone stops charging so it's best to charge up your charger before using it. When you're charging your charger, you will know it is fully charged when it doesn't show the white lights.
