Perfect and above good for travelers especially flying over 6 hours flight traveling. No charging needed for 2 day trip at least.

It stopped working after only 7 cycles of use. It no longer takes a charge despite whatever combination I try between the charging dock, anker prime blocks, cables and wall outlets. I tried all the recomend i came across an threads, including resetting it by glugging in one end of the cable to 1 port and the other end of the same cable to port 2. I eamiled their technical support and they just recommend i try another cable and outlets, simple things anyone with common sense would try. After i replied to that email they sent a link to "proceed to specialized services" and all thats on the link is a space bar to describe you QUESTION in detail. I dont have a question, i just want my product repaired or replace, it is only a few months old and has only been used 7 times

Must have. Yes its on the higher side. But it will only last one charge. Likely you need to conserve your batt like me for travels, so take it off and put your device on off so it will charge faster but time it so it stops at a point cap (like such as samsung lets me cap at only a certain point so the charger will stop and won't continue to take the juice). That way later ill have maybe 15 percent but you cant charge multiple devices. It's gona drain the juice from one phone. So be sure to maybe buy two if you are on the go a lot like me and dont like charging, you can grab and go in pocket. Convenience and efficiency are my go-to's. Lol. Makers please make option for ports on longside to allow more potential charge for other device. And maybe see to it that two full charges can be achieved from a dead phone to a full charge, twice, not just once. Lol. Thank you for as much as it costs, that would be nice justsaying. Thanks

Can't give it 5 stars, it's just not perfect. It's a great charger. Just wish it had more than just 2 type-c ports. An old school usb-a port would be attractive to more people.

Excellent battery pack. Best one I've ever used so far. Indicators are one of those features that you wonder why more don't have it!

This is a pretty nice portable charger. It was on sale too. I like how it has a screen that displays battery life and much more.

Charges all your basic devices in a quick and compact fashion. Goes great wirh the charging base.

Charges my devices so fast. Was frustrated with other Anker batteries because while they would charge my phone fast it would take forever to charge the battery itself. But this Battery will fill up in an hour. It charges things so fast I kind of wish i went with the larger size.

bought it for my partner cause shes always going to different stores for her job. Shes always on phone calls, meetings, and doing schedules. Shes been able to charge everything she uses and helps her ease her mind when she cant find an outlet
