    This is a great batter charger and I purchased this one for my wife who can’t seem to grasp the concept of charging her phone. So now when she is empty. I remind her she has this in the glove box

    Best Buy needs to update the weight in the specifications. I bought two, and they each weigh more than advertised. "Product Weight 0.22 pounds". I do not know if Best Buy will let me return them because I fully opened the boxes before I noticed they were heavier than advertised. I will try my best to return them. I thought they were so much lighter than the 20,000mAh version because they were only 12,000mAh and lower wattage. I was wrong. "Product Weight 0.22 pounds" is incorrect information.

    Haven’t had this long and now it won’t charge. Costly but didn’t last year. Also gives an error code. I’m wondering if it is refurbished but sold as brand new…
