    So I bought two of these because of the Anker reputation. However returning both. Best Buy advertises USB-C input..Opened to find its Micro-USB connection. With everyone using standard USB cables now in new devices who wants to fish around the house for these old cables. Misleading product information.

    I purchased this product just to have as a secondary battery, but unfortunately it actually died quicker than the first battery. Very disappointed even though I didn't pay much for it but thought it was going to meet my expectations. Disappointing.

    Does not provide claimed power capacity

    This is advertised as a 10,000 mAhr power bank. I tested this and found it to provide only 6000 (60% of what was claimed). After communicating with Anker support, they indicated that this is normal for these power banks. Somehow, I expected them to be honest and provide that information in their product information and not just after the fact. After checking reviews online for a number of power banks, I have found that there are far better options.
