This charger works really well, it is fast charging has a long cord. It is very difficult to insert in the car lighter hole, that’s why I only gave it 4 stars. It definitely doesn’t move once you get it in.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Turn off your car to make sure the electricity's off.
- Fit your hook or socket removal tool into the grooves inside the socket.
- Turn the tool sideways to start loosening the socket.
- If you can't get the socket out, take out any screws and use a pry tool to gently pop off the dashboard panel.

I have two iPhones and can now charge both at the same time plus my iPad. Was Leary because iPhones are tricky to charge and purchase accessories that’s not an Apple product. Apple doesn’t sell a car charger than I know of. Worth the extra money!
