I like having a permanently attached charging cable so that I don’t need to search for one. I use this on the fly-bridge of my boat, which is in fresh water. Hopefully it lasts.

She had been using a gas station charger that would expand in the heat of the cigarette lighter and pop out. This one is perfect. She uses it all the time to travel to the Berkshires where her partner lives.
