It wasn't compatible with my android phone so I don't have much to say about this product.

It does not work with an iPhone 7 plus. After ordering, testing, and getting frustrated because it looks like it is working, go back and read every word of the description.

I had to return this item. It would not work with my IPhone 6 plus. Guess I should have read more details before ordering.

Really good wireless charger for the price. Looks clean and charges through the phone case. Won't work with a magnetic back on phone. Using an Iphone8+.

Bought this when it was on sale. It did take a while to get it shipped, over a couple weeks. Plugged the unit in, and tested it with my iPhone X, and it worked well. My only area for improvement is in the positioning of the phone in order to make it charge. The phone really needs to be dead center in order to connect. Because of this, I had to remove my Popsocket. It does not work with a Popsocket, placed in a lower position. Maybe it would work if I had the iPhone X Max, but my X leaves no room for a Popsocket on this unit. I must say that I was very pleased that this wireless charger did connect through my thick Otterbox Defender case. Good job on that! Overall, for under $20, it is a good choice. I will also say that it would be nice to have a slightly longer USB power cable for my uses. I think it is a 3' cable. It barely reaches and sits on top of my nightstand. A 4' cable would be better for me.
