    Trouble charging multiple devices. It seems that is what this device is specifically made to do. But I have had issues charging my laptops along with charging other devices at the same time via the regular USB port. It seems to be a design defect. I reached out to Anker via the website chat. They said they would email me.

    When my wife used it for the second time to plug in her watch charger, it buzzed and fried the watch charger. It won’t fry anything else, though, because its output is now about 0.3 v. I know there are lots of good reviews of this charger, but for us it failed and ruined a mag phone charger.

    Don’t buy online, they will loose it
