If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.

(call of duty mobile) Any standard charger that is less than 20 watts will not charge your iPad while you play games. But this /anker-powerport-pd-60w-usb-c-pd-with-usb-c-to-c-cable Is great and I give it 5 out of 5 stars. It is a must have.
