Maybe it is but I just couldn’t find it. Anyway the thing does exactly what I want it to. I unplug it from the wall when it’s not in use. I can charge two devices overnight with it using only one outlet and I can plug another cord (not wall wart) into the top AC outlet of the duplex outlet.
