- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.

He had no personality and only talked when I asked him a question and answered all my questions with "I think so". He wanted me to sign the document that stated everything was installed to my satisfaction when he had not even shown me on the computer screen that everything was installed. Normally you sign the document after they click around on the computer to prove to you they did as instructed.

The output of this wall charger is 5V=3A/9V=2.22A. May I know how long the charger takes to fully charge your phone when you're not using the phone?

I asked a rep for help and told him my son needed a box for an iphone charging cord. He recommended this and I bought it for my son. Sent it to him only to find out it's not meant for an iPhone! Frustrating that sales ppl don't know their products .

This USB-C charger can work for an iphone, but you may need to connect a USB-C to Lightning cable to it. If you use the original USB-A to Lightning cable, you'll need a USB-A wall charger instead.
