    i purchased a phone, i am not fully satisfied. all of my data has not been transferred over to my new phone. your greek squad act like it is a bother that i am questioning where my information is and why it do not show on my phone.

    Fast, compact, and a little toasty

    Definitely works very well and is very compact! It does get quite warm especially in the initial stages when the phone battery is low and thus charging at its highest rate. For $12 on clearance, it’s a steal. Hope it holds up to the heat.

    Nice little charger, seems to worth great. No problems although it would have been nicer if the plug was retractable. Just make sure you have the right cable for this if you get it.

    Best buy associate recommended this over the apple brand, so bought this one. I purchased the 5W and it stopped working in less than 4 months.

      - Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
      - Try another cable and a different outlet.
