Now the two outlets on either side of the spot used up Apple’s confusingly wide adapter are usable again!

Price is much better than the 30 watt Google charger that is more than I need.

I’ve never bought a product from them that was bad or even just ok. The charger takes like 30-45 minutes to get to full charge from dead.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
