This charger consistently ran hotter than any of our other chargers, but we had no other issues with it until it stopped working. We own several Anker products, I especially love their power banks, but this device just doesn’t measure up.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
