Outstanding accessory!

I’ve been able to use this to find out the charging capabilities of my charging cables, which has allowed me to toss out some of the weaker ones, which has been pretty handy.

Worthless brick after 5 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a way to get more laptop & device runtime when travelling a bit before a trip we took over the Christmas holidays. It worked for the trip and for a few months afterwards, but it's now the beginning of May, and it's useless. From "fully charged", it manages to charge a laptop at about 45W for all of about 10 minutes before it dies. The screen shows the charge drop gradually, then by the time it reaches about 85-90%, it'll suddenly shut off with a red 0% indicator. A USB C meter will show it's delivered a few hundred mAh over that time, a far cry from the 27000 claimed. Charging is also similarly broken. On one of the weakest USB C chargers I have (a USB C outlet on an anker power strip I have at my desk), it'll charge at 19W, gaining about 5% charge per minute and "completely charged" in about 20, which is physically impossible with that power input over that time. Both discharging and charging behaviours are 100% repeatable. This was a $200 power bank. It's now a $200 brick.

Works OK just doesn’t live up to claims.

When I tried to plug in two USB-C inputs to decrease the charging time by increasing the wattage input, which I believe it’s supposed to go up to 130 W, I keep getting the override emergency error message. I called manufacture and they said it’s not supposed to do that and that I had a defective unit so I exchanged it. Nope! Same problem. So apparently your manufacture doesn’t even know their own product so I’ll tell you since they won’t. You can do 100 W but that’s it and on one plug so make sure that you get a wall unit with an output of at least 100 W and a USB-C cord that can handle it. It’ll charge fast enough however you won’t get the extra charge out of plugging in a second USB-C despite what they tell you. Also, for the price you pay would’ve liked to have had it in aluminum instead of the cheap plastic with the paint chips off, The baggie was a nice touch though Would have paid more for a metal body like the Sherpa 100 by Goalzero which also has Q charging and same capacity

For the second time, it stopped working. I went to Best Buy to use my extended warranty, but after making me wait for hours, they informed me that Anker products are not covered under warranty—even with a Total Tech membership. Frustrated by my bad luck, I left. Later, by chance, I was back at the store where I had originally purchased it. I decided to try again. After another long wait and hours of arguing, they finally agreed to give me a replacement. If someone invests in this type of product, it’s clearly because they need reliable charging power without exceeding the legal limit for air travel. However, my experience with Anker has been nothing but a waste of time, filled with frustration, inconvenience, and disruptions to my workflow. I’ll be switching to another brand in hopes of better reliability. Additionally, if you’re a tech enthusiast like me, getting a Best Buy membership isn’t a bad idea. While I’m not paid to promote it, I genuinely believe it’s a worthwhile investment.

It drains quickly, and the algorithms it uses to determine how much charge it has, is very off. I am not sure how the product has better ratings elsewhere. I still do use it, but I would want something that charges quicker and charges more device as one.

Designed to fail after a year do not buy

Temperature sensor has failed showing 0° on C and 0° F and the charger has never been above or below the recommended temperature. Was a great charger, now it's a worthless brick.
