I also though the holes underneath the a/c plugs were for a 3 prong plug, but it is not. You can only use 2 prong plugs with this device. I purchased the Ecoflow instead, and am pleased with that model. The ecoflow also charges a lot quicker.

We plugged our phones in it on a vacation and we needed to turn it off because of the charger was very hot we thought it would catch on fire. The phones were cold and not hot at all. The plugs into the charger were hot though. Best Buy return policy now sucks so we are stuck with it. I would say find another brand and not this one.

Great product awful delivery and customer service

Great product awful delivery. One of the reasons I chose this power station was the promised next day delivery as I needed it for a trip. It did not ship until 5 days later and numerous talks with BB basically went knowhere, The just said too bad. I am a long term very good customer and beyond disappointed that when I had an issue they couldn't care less. Next time I will go to Amazon.
