I work on the road and having these makes the day go by so much better. I'm always on the phone with other coworkers and I never have an issue hearing or being heard. The battery life on these is unbelievable! Definitely a great product and at a great price too!

They are also truly wireless so each earbud can be used independently, and the Soundcore app can be used to adjust the audio to tailor to your taste. Highly recommended!

However, I had to return them because the ear buds wouldn’t stay in my ears. I had to continuously adjust to keep from falling out.

The sound was good and it was nice to have the different sized attachments to fit them to my ears. Sadly on week two I could only get one ear to connect. I charged the buds to full and tried again and still had sound in only the right ear. They went back to the store.

Posted .Please help us do the following troubleshooting tips:
- Forget the pairing record on your device and turn off your device's Bluetooth
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. When you put the left earbuds into the charging case, the left LED light on charging case will flash 2 times which means the earbuds is charging, please also note the right side will also do the same time, when you put it into charging case, the right LED light on charging case will also flash.
- Try to reset your earbuds as follows: place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10s till both the earbuds' LED light flash red 3 times. This will clear the pairing information and restart automatically.
- After these, close the case and re-open the charging case or take both sides out of the charging case, the white light on one side will flash quickly, which means it enters pairing mode
- Enable the Bluetooth on your phone. You can find the device name "Soundbuds Liberty 2" or "Soundcore Liberty 2-L" on the Bluetooth list.
- Please click "Soundbuds Liberty 2" or "Soundcore Liberty 2-L" for pairing, the white light will flash slowly, which means it paired successfully.
- Then there will pop out a screen with "Bluetooth Pairing Request", just click "Pair" (This step is very important). Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can take care of you. You are important to us, and we want to help as much as we're able to. Looking forward to hearing from you!
