I purchased this pair to replace my LG Tone Infinim, from packaging to charging case and sound everything was impressive at first. I let my son try them to check the sound who use apple airpods, even him was impressed and said "they sound amazing, sounds way better than my airpods" but after wearing them for barely 20 minutes there it came moment of truth....my both ears were aching. They were very uncomfortable, I tried them with all size of provided attachments but they remained uncomfortable. I got turned off with disappointment in less than a hour so I returned them next day. I don't understand how quality control could miss such a important aspect ? Anyone from Anker needs to wear them for a hour to find out, I guarantee their ears will start hurting.

Got as a Christmas gift. I absolutely loved them but the left ear gave out after 2 months max. Was tempted to exchange for the same pair with my warranty but gave an other brand a try

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
      - Charge the charging case with both earbuds in it.
      - Take the left earbud out to see if it turns on automatically and you can also try to press the button to turn it on manually.
      - Reset the headphones: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open. Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both the earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. This will clear the pairing information and restart automatically.

If those steps don't help, please reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance.

We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you! roav

I am currently on the fence as the whether or not to return these. I really like the fit. Most comfortable earbuds I've ever worn. Then don't move at all. They sound decent. But they are practically useless for phone calls. Every call I've made has people complaining that they can't hear me. I'm in a quiet place too. But I may keep them because I can actually fall asleep with these in and not worry about them falling out.

In the last 2weeks I went through 3 different models ( jabra 75t, jabra 65t and skullcandy push) and I settled on Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 and they are awesome with great companion app. Great sound and connection.

    Problems

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I've tried two pairs of these buds, and both had the same problem Every 19 seconds, there is a click sound, followed sometimes by a left/right phase shift that rectifies itself within a second. Needless to say, this recurring disruption in the sound makes the buds unusable. It's a pity, because for the 18 seconds between each pair of clicks, the sound was excellent.

This is disappointing and unusual since the 2 headphones act like this. In order to find out the root reason, please describe the environment you're using it in and also let me know the model and OS of the device you're connecting with. We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support, so please reach out to us at [email protected] to claim the warranty for an exchange. soundcore
