I bought these on a whim because they were such a great price. I also own a Bluetooth wireless Anker speaker, and have enjoyed using that. These have amazing battery power, I have used it so many times at the gym and the battery on the case is still at 100%!!! The only thing I will say is that these are not 100% noise canceling, but they are pretty darn close to it when you have audio playing.

The battery life is phenomenal, as advertised. However, the left earpiece went out within two weeks. They were great when they worked though.

They come with skins on them so unless u have big ears then you have to remove them to be comfortable. As far as sound goes, they are great for media, phone calls not so much.

Drops often making them useless for conference calls and webinars (which was why I bought them). Walk more than a couple feet away from computer and phone and the connection drops. Will randomly switch between phone and computer at the worst time even if I have manually paired it to the device I am using. Sound quality is decent and nice features but the Bluetooth issues cancel that out for me. Would not recommend. Disappointing as they were rated well.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Put the earbuds back in the case and take them out, double tap the buttons on the earbuds and test them again;
2. Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off your device's Bluetooth for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on. Please note, turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection;
3. Try closing any Apps you're not using on your device.
