Bluetooth connectivity is a pain. Drops often making them useless for conference calls and webinars (which was why I bought them). Walk more than a couple feet away from computer and phone and the connection drops. Will randomly switch between phone and computer at the worst time even if I have manually paired it to the device I am using. Sound quality is decent and nice features but the Bluetooth issues cancel that out for me. Would not recommend. Disappointing as they were rated well.

I wanted some ear buds to use with my Fitbit versa. After reviewing several models and price I decided on this model. This is a new purchase and is far these earbuds are working fine.

I was floored at how these sounded. They are very good for the price. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great for traveling. Much easier to keep in the carry on. Sound quality is pretty good as well.

I like them, it took some time to figure out how to do the reverse and advance music thing sometimes it works and some times it don't, I sometimes have a problem of them falling out when I bend over. But over all I do like them.

Excellent earbuds, quality, sound, affordable, but most attractive of all is the 100 hours to play it without charging.

I bought these prior to a trip to Las Vegas. I wanted decent qualtiy and saw better than average reviews on these. I really liked the longer charging capability. The first pair stopped pairing together by the 5th day. I exchanged them for a new pair at best buy, and those lasted 8 days until the left ear stopped pairing again. Third pair swapped out lasted just about 3 weeks and left ear stopped pairing. So at this point its now time I have to send them back to Anker for warranty. I liked when Anker would replace the item, and give you a mailing label, now they send you a mailing label, and when they receive the product they say they will send you the replacements. Today I verified that Anker received my damaged ones Nov. 25th, as of Dec 12th they had not been mailed ( blamed it on a glitch). So 2 weeks before christmas I have to wait for regular mail delivery of items I have not had working for a month( did I mention that it took 3 days to get a non corrupt pdf file to print the mailing label to return 3 damaged pair). I really loved anker products, and recommended them( even when I didn't sell them at Radio Shack) I have purchased at least 20 portable chargers( they made great gifts), I also have had three other pairs of Bluetooth earphones from anker. I thought for the price they were a wonderful purchase. MY entire opinion of the service with Anker is now way lower. This will make my shopping with them more of a comparision verses my goto choice.

The sound quality is better than anticipated and I've had zero issues connecting both earpieces to multiple devices.

I've never had wireless ear buds before these. They seem great to me. My only complaint is that they bother my ears after wearing them for long periods of time. Though, that happens with most earbuds.

The only good thing about these is the battery life. They aren’t too comfortable as they are a bit heavier than the other brands. The sound quality is ok. I expected more.

Good sound but the buds keep falling out of the ear no matter how hard you twist them in. Even bending down they fall out quite easily

They work great and are loud but not to loud. They fit great and last about eight hours or so.

Absolutely love them so far! More bass than the soundcore air model and dual headphone capable for phone calls is awesome!

Bought on steep sale and review based off that. Wife likes them allot and they feel solid

Purchased as a gift for my wife and she has really enjoyed them. Fit is good and they are easy to use.

I bought them to replace another brand that was a pain to link properly. They sound good and the case is compact.
