Been through 2 pairs, so far nothing but problems

Returned them and got a new pair. The second pair worked pretty well for about 30 days but within the last week, left ear started dropping out just like before. Then all of the sudden the right ear will just randomly power down (when the right ear isn't on, the left ear doesn't work) and I can't get it to power back up until I plug it into the charger for a while. It is definitely (or should not be) a battery life issue, after 3 days on the charger the right ear did this today after being in use for less than 30 minutes. The right ear did this twice today before I just gave up on them. When they work they are great, but they don't work frequently or consistently enough to be worth the investment. I really wanted to like these, very disappointed at this point and of course now outside of the return window with Best Buy.
