Ok but there is much better

You have to use both buds to talk you cant use 1 like most Bluetooth devices that are wireless. They are good for cutting the grass but i wouldn't utilize for much of anything else. Sound quality is decent.

Eh...not worth it

I got fed up and returned them for a different B brand, that have been flawless.

Similar to maybe speaker phone or being in the bathroom. I had to return since phone calls are the main use these were intended for.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
1. Use the default phone call on another phone to see if it makes any difference.
2. Reset the earbuds by the following ways to see if the problem still persists.
1)Outside the box, press MFB and hold for 5s to turn off
2)Press and hold again for 8s until LED flash in pink.

Good quality sound, uncomfortable design

But they’re very uncomfortable in my ears and being in-ear ear buds, that’s a pretty big problem.
