The right earbud just stopped working which in turn made the left one not work as well. Completely just died! try to reset nothing, tried everything and nothing.

heavy in ears and not staying in place

I found they fell out without warning and them being black, I had hard time finding them.

Posted .The SoundCore Liberty Wireless Headphones are meant to twist and lock in your ear, I recommend going up or down in ear-tip size to adjust the fit to your ear.

Not to please with headphones

Good but left one doesn't work on its own

Posted .Regarding the connect issue, please do the following troubleshooting steps:- Delete the "Soundcore Liberty" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to. - Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5 seconds until you see a red light, indicating they shut off.- Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and look for a white light on the earbuds.- Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them near each other. The indicator on the left earbud will flash slowly(breathing-like), while the LED on the right side flashes quickly. - Then go to the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and select "Soundcore Liberty" to pair.
Regarding the bass issue, just to confirm, may I know if you've tried to adjust the sound via the Soundcore app to see if it helps? And have you tried other eartips to find the best-fit spot and then test the sound?

Do not recommend!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The left ear piece only worked the first day I got them....they are huge in yr ear & heavy ....I only used for two days before I put them in the charging case and have not used again...YOU GET WHT YOU PAY 4....NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AT ALL ...THESE BUDS ARE NO GOOD!!!! AND THE VOLUME SUCKS 2....

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
-Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
-Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
-Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.
If the earbud is charging fine but can't connect or play sound, would you try the following tips:
"- Delete the ""Soundcore Liberty"" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to.
- Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5s until the red light shows to turn them off.
- Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back in to the charging case with a steady white light on the earbuds.
