    Earbuds were working fine for 2 weeks and all of sudden, the left earbud stopped working. Tried all possible combination of turning on and off, forget the device and tried to connect other device but all in vain. Got replacement from Anker

    These things disconnected from one another and now only one of them works. I wrote the company and I no longer have my receipt, but have proof of purchase from best buy but still no help...

    This is a bad product. Can’t use just the left earpiece without the right one. The connection keeps dropping. The battery isn’t a lot.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
      -Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
      -Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
      -Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.
      - Delete the "Soundcore Liberty" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to.
      - Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5s until the red light shows to turn them off.
      - Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back into the charging case with steady white light on the earbuds.
      - Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them near each other. The indicator on the left earbud will flash slowly(breathing-like), while the LED on the right side flashes quickly.
      - Then go to the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and select "Soundcore Liberty" to pair.

    I liked them while they lasted. These earbuds stopped taking a charge within the 1st 6 months. Anker does have an 18 month warranty but it is kind of a hassle to ship back and wait for replacements.

    Operated great from onset, but left earbud stopped functioning one week during use. Could not re-sync. Good guarantee, but only if purchased directly from manufacturer, not bestbuy.

    My son got these for his birthday. We returned them because they were so big and bulky, they wouldn't stay in his ears. Looked for a different style for him

    I recently purchased these for my wife and she thought they were great until....the sound kinda went out in the left earbud. I say kinda because you here sound when it turns on and connects but after that nothing. And sound quality for calls in my opinion isn't great it's ok it a quiet away but if there's noise you're better off using the handset it always very difficult to hear her outside.
