Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
"- Delete the ""Soundcore Liberty"" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to.
      - Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5s until the red light shows to turn them off.
      - Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back in to the charging case with a steady white light on the earbuds.
      - Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them near each other. The indicator on the left earbud will flash slowly(breathing-like), while the LED on the right side flashes quickly.
      - Then go to the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and select ""Soundcore Liberty"" to pair. "

    Amazing for the price

Let me start by saying that I love music. I order a pair of true wireless earbuds on kickstarter and loved them, but I got rid of them due to financial reasons. I missed the portability and the freedom I had with the true wireless earbuds. I did my research on Jabras and the Anker. I ultimately went with the Anker Sound Core Liberty for the fact of they are cheaper, and you get a better battery life over the Jabras. I work in an office, and having the ability to slip in an earbud and be able to leave one out and still hear my surroundings is amazing. I will agree with another review, for the price point these are great, sound good, and are pretty comfortable. If you want something that sounds absolutely amazing, you're going to have to pay more. I will say that I've used them for about 12 hours now as I just picked them up yesterday. It did take me about 5 tries to figure out which silicone drip felt better on my ears. Once that was figured out, it was smooth sailing. The only issue I had with the earbuds is when I was pairing, I took them both out of the charging case and connected them to my phone, but only the right earbud worked. I did my research and found out how to resent them and repair them and they have been good ever since. Best $100 spend. I take these everywhere with me. I would highly recommend!

We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Regarding the wearing fitting, it might relate to the improper way of wearing. Here are steps for wearing for your reference:

      1. Choose the ear tips and ear wing to fit your ears the best.
      2. Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears.
      3. Turn and lock to get the ear wing fit your ear groove

Please note that there are the extra different sized ear tips and the ear wings in the inner box of the original box.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Make sure the charging case has enough power. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
-Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
-Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
-Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.

If the earbud is charging fine but can't connect or play sound, would you try the following tips:
"- Delete the ""Soundcore Liberty"" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to.

I deliver mail and walk all day long. Since my hands are full of mail and parcels, these ear buds were awesome! Holding a charge for a full 8 hours was a plus. Never had issues with sound quality, dropped calls, or falling out (even while driving a tractor in my fields). Until yesterday when they would no longer hold a connection with my phone, the left ear bud would no longer work, and when they would connect the sound just cut in and out. I’ve reset them numerous times but the phone has to be literally touching the earbud for it to hold a connection. Sadly technology today is “disposable” but for the price tag on this, you should get more than three months use.

These earbuds are awesome for the price. The charging case isn't as heavy as I thought it would be, and the earbuds themselves are very comfortable. They stay in my ears much better then the Liberty Airs did. They also sound MUCH better. It's also very nice that they have a physical button on each earbud. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

    They’re good enough

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I am on my second pair of earbuds. They are good, but after so many months, I would say maybe a year at max, they have only continued to deteriorate. Both earbuds after so many months I have had issues with the left earbuds not wanting to charge, not wanting to turn on, the charging case not working, etc. I’ve found ways to make it all work, but even now my Left earbud cuts out when I turn my head a ceartain way and all I hear is static in it. I would say they are a good pair, but I bought these when they were 80$ , not 40$. They are barely worth 40$, maybe 30/35$. They have long battery life and have good sound quality. But once they start breaking, don’t bother buying another pair after. I would assume Sony’s are a lot better than these. I know Sony is expensive, but Sony has always been good quality durable brand.

Excellent Sound and Surprisingly Good for Phone!

Purchased these in January for workouts. Very good quality on music, the key is the fit in your ears. Comes with several tips to ensure a good fit, and delivers quality sound on music including good bass response. What I was most surprised with is the quality of phone calls. I tested driving on freeways, and was quite surprised and very pleased at the quality of the call for both myself that the party I was speaking with. Even with the distance between the ear and mouth, conversation was crisp and easily understood by both parties on the call, without a lot of background noise while driving at highway speed. These earbuds considerably outperform another brand in every aspect, from listening to music and taking calls. Highly recommend!

I bought these for my workouts. I love the battery life so far, can keep in my gym bag and don't have to worry if they are charged. Fit is great. Stays snug for long runs without issue. Like other reviews, not thrilled about the no volume controls on the headphones but I've gotten used to asking the Google Assistant to change the volume while running with a double click which works great too.
