Great Earbuds

Horrible User Interface

Once these pups go into a funk you're doomed to endless cycles of only one bud working. Problems begin with branding. There are two different internal variations of these buds with different procedures for pairing and resetting. Trying to determine which firmware is loaded on buds and charging case with no identifying markings is a challenge. Once that mystery is solved you'll find the complex reset procedure rarely works beyond a single use...if it works at all. Once the buds are returned to their case it's back to one at a time. Gave them two stars for overall sound quality. If you can tolerate one bud then maybe these will prove satisfactory. I paid for two and stereo.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
"- Delete the ""Soundcore Liberty"" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to.
- Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5s until the red light shows to turn them off.
- Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back in to the charging case with a steady white light on the earbuds.
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them near each other. The indicator on the left earbud will flash slowly(breathing-like), while the LED on the right side flashes quickly.
- Then go to the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and select ""Soundcore Liberty"" to pair. "

Great sounding just clunky uncomfortable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought them to see how they were but so far they have proved to be uncomfortable on the ear for long periods of time. Just like all the other headsets, the right ear is the primary headset. Sound quality for phone calls is great and for listening to music. The person on the other end thought the head set worked great. However I will be returning these because of how uncomfortable they are. Maybe to someone else they will feel better. Also the charging case is huge. But then again we are talking about 100hrs of charging time and 8hours of listening to audio without a charge but if I am going to spend 8hrs with them in my ear might as well make them worth my while and fit well.

Two defective pairs purchased weeks apart...

The sound is good, the design is good, but both pairs have bluetooth connection issues with no audio when paired, and sometimes only one earbud is producing audio. They will not pair at times, as well as having charging issues with the case even after checking the connectors (blinking red and white lights not explained anywhere in the manual or online?). Good when it works, but it doesn't seem to work well. Anker also doesn't have these headphones on their website despite them being out for a while, which is kind of odd. I have other Anker products which have worked great in the past and still do. This one is a no-go.

Best bluetooth earphones I ever owned

None could compare to a over the ear headset. These come the closest. When I am watching a movie at times it seems like the ground is shaking. Cannot speak on the call quality. Listening to music with these is great and the battery life is excellent. 10/10

I give it 3 1/2 stars because the music cuts out between the left and the right. I have seen reviews on that before and I am experiencing it myself. The quality sounds great. I really do enjoy the quality of the audio. I just wished this could of been fixed . I would of given it 5 stars.

Doesn't last
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these earbuds in April 2021 to replace an older wired, bluetooth set that I gave to my husband. I was so excited to get them because Anker seldom disappoints. I generally only use the right ear bud to listen to music/podcasts at work. These are great for noise cancelling which doesn't always work for my environment. Any who, fast forward less than a year... the left earbud turns on but will no long pair with the right one. No matter what I do. I should also add, the sound of these are awesome and clear. My friends and family do complain that the background noise is incredibly loud when I use these for calls though. I also hoped that switching out the different ear piece covers might help, and maybe I just have small ears, but after wearing these for a while they do start to hurt.

A Joyful Disappointment

The sound quality is/was plush and the battery life lasted extremely long. However, after six months of having them, they began to die within 10 minutes of listening to them. The case itself has lasted for months. I have not charged the case since back in October of 2021, but the earbuds themselves do not last more than 10 minutes anymore. Other then them being a little bulky and hurting my ears, these were some of the best earbuds that I've had.

Won't hold the test of time

While I have to say the price to quality is very good, you simply need a product to last for it to be worth the savings at all vs airpods. This misses the mark but will get positive reviews short term before many end up with duds. This happened to me with 2 pairs, avoid anker, they wont last.

CHrisymas Gift that no longer work

The left side never worked without the right side but I was ok with that now I have nothing.

TOO BIG

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Make sure the charging case has enough power (at least two white indicators on the case). Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
-Take the earbuds out of the case and see if a flashing white light comes on. If it doesn't, try manually pressing the button or touchpad of the earbuds to power them on.
-Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
-Try using another USB cable to power the charging case.
