    Rebranded Zolo Liberties for Best Buy :(

    Before I bought these from best buy, I tried the Anker Liberty Airs FIRST and then returned them in 3 days because touch controls are super finnicky and it misses practically all the lows (I tried different earbud fittings to make sure i had the proper ear seal too). This is my judgement listening from Orchestral, Jazz, Rock, Pop, Trap, etc. They all sounded meh because they sounded so tinny. I also had issues repairing the left earbud all the time because i would switch back and forth between using 1 vs 2 all day long at work. Maybe I got a bad pair because the one time I tried talking on the phone with them, the person on the other line couldn't call me at all. I then bought the bigger ones from anker, they say soundcore but they're rebranded Zolos for best buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/anke...Id=6331585 These, sounded phenomenal. They fit my ears well and their battery life is great too. Except that now, 10 days into owning them, maybe 7 days of consecutive usage during work hours, the left one is no longer pairing. I got another pair, about the same time, 7-10 days, the left one no longer pairs. So unless you want to buy or keep returning/swapping $99 headphones every week, stay clear away. Maybe if they're dirt cheap and you want to play your luck with their QC, they might be better at 25 bucks or less.

    Two defective pairs purchased weeks apart...

    I wanted to like these. The sound is good, the design is good, but both pairs have bluetooth connection issues with no audio when paired, and sometimes only one earbud is producing audio. They will not pair at times, as well as having charging issues with the case even after checking the connectors (blinking red and white lights not explained anywhere in the manual or online?). Good when it works, but it doesn't seem to work well. Anker also doesn't have these headphones on their website despite them being out for a while, which is kind of odd. I have other Anker products which have worked great in the past and still do. This one is a no-go.

    I bought these because I had the money on my BB rewards and wanted to try them because I already have a pair of Anker earbuds that are a bit older. I liked the design until I removed them from the box and realized they went in your ears upside down. I tried all ear bud inserts and they just refused to stay in my ears at all!

    you should also read the Amazon reviews not jsut best buy, These have some issues the left doesn't syc up to the right side and it takes Un pairing them over and over and anker support is an joke took days for each email.

      If you are experiencing issues with the earbuds staying in your ears, go ahead and try using the smaller earbuds provided to see if that will lock those earbuds in your ear better. anker
