The unit looks small and that works well because its very portable but still has good sound. It uses a standard cell phone charger. I use it on my bike and even in the rain, it worked fine. the blue tooth works perfect and has good range. I thought it would be cheap but its not. it has two speakers and plays in stereo. that is why it doesn't pair with a second unit.

Perfect size and excellent shape, good grip, sound loaded, charging quickly. Are my bathroom speaker and my beach trip favorite speaker. I paid a very low price but is this kind of item that if you paid the almost regular price you never regret.

For the size it is I'm totally shocked at how much loud it gets! I bought it on sale and would purchase this again in a heartbeat. I use it with my tablet when watching YouTube videos and listening to music. It's not going to shake the windows but for a speaker that's a little bit larger than a soda can, I'm impressed.

I thought I had heard great speakers. Oh no, this one takes the cake. I am so happy I found this Anker SoundCore Speaker. Small, but it punches a great clear and bass sound. If you have not ever own one, this is a must buy. Thanks Bestbuy and Anker for a great product!

I really wasn't sure I needed to upgrade to the latest version of the Soundcore speaker. I've had the first generation for a few years and it's served me well since it's super light with a long battery. I keep it in my workbag and it hardly adds any extra weight. I love that whenever the need arrives, I have a great little speaker ready to go. I decided to take a chance and get the latest version simple because it doubled the battery life and I thought the water resistance was a nice touch. I really didn't expect much in terms of sound improvement, but all I can say is WOW! When played side by side to the previous mode, the difference is amazing. The sound is so much fuller and rich. The size and weight is practically identical to the first generation so I really don't know how they were able to increase the sound quality SO much! If you're on the fence about upgrading, don't hesitate. This little speaker is my new best friend and I'll be carrying it with me everywhere I go!

Slim design. Not a lot of weight to it which is good yet doesn't feel cheap and fragile. Very easy to connect. I was impressed with the sound quality, came in crisp and clear. Bluetooth is strong. Place it it about 10-15ft away and clear. Took calls and was able to hear them and they were able to hear me, clearly. so far, been using it on and off for the last 3 weeks and finally charged it. I can't speak if it's actually 24hour playtime, but based on this so far, it seems like the claims are true and can go on for 24 hours.

I always do lots of research on quality & costs. this speaker had great reviews so when i saw it on sale for the lowest price I've seen so far I couldn't pass it up. this little speaker is hugely impressive. great sound quality. loud volume with minimal if any distortion. great balance of bass & treble. easy to pair & connect. great battery life, only had to charge once since I got it & it's been used a decent amount. I feel like I robbed Best Buy by getting it for such a steal. I'm very satisfied with this purchase & would suggest to anyone looking for a speaker with great sound (quiet or loud) & is easy to use while being very affordable.

I got this for ~$15 on sale, so that was the main reason I picked it up. The other reason is I've used many Anker products, from portable cell phone chargers to wall plugs, and I've always had a good experience with the brand. This replaced an old plugin Bluetooth speaker, and by far is an upgrade from it. The first night I had this outside in the backyard, playing in the background while we sat around the fire. The sound was great, I've heard better but for the size and price of this speaker it was really good! Pros: - Size, easy to toss in a bag or backpack - Price, when on sale - ease of use, think connects and stays connected no issues Cons: - Doesn't Amazing bass, but is good for the size of the speaker. Overall, would recommend if you are looking for a good portable speaker on a budget!

I have bought three of these little speakers for my college age kids and they LOVE it! Great sound, great volume, great range and the battery really does last them a day at the lake, a game, beach, etc. Easy set up and blue tooth connection to your phone. Great buy all around!

I had this for a few months and never used it. Opened it tonight while I was going to exercise and was blown away. Can't believe the sound that comes out of this small device. I love the soft touch finish on the device (although it collects fingerprints). I used it at full volume for my entire workout and no sign of running out of battery yet. Satisfying bass, rumbles my desk. Quality sound, I occasionally heard a note or effect in the songs that I don't notice on my headphones. I did use it with an Aux cable so far so I'm not sure about BT performance.

I have several Anker products already and mostly I am very pleased with them. Their customer service is amazing as they actually put the customer first unlike many other companies. This speaker exceeded my expectations and is great quality. I charged it once and have yet to kill the battery. It's not overly bulky or heavy so it is easy to toss in a bag and go. It feels good in hand and connects to my devices without issue. There has bee no audio lag that I have come across when watching videos and it bumps when listening to music. At $15 it is a worthwhile purchase.

Solid design, long battery life (sometimes I even forget that it runs on batteries), nice button placement, good response (can double press play to skip forward), nice sound (some bass and doesn’t sound like its coming from a can), I do not use it much that way but good enough as a speaker phone (make sure that microphone is placed upright and facing you), water resistant and feels / looks like one (one continuous piece of rubber on all three sides with mesh on front), long range, easy connectivity and good reliability. Had it for almost a month now and no problems!

I'm no audiophile, but I think this has good sound! Especially for a speaker of this size. It's pretty small, so it's easy to carry around, and would be good to travel with, or take to the park or beach or any other outing. They say the battery lasts for a long time, so I'm looking forward to that, got tired of my last (very expensive) speaker not working. It would be nice if it had a button on it to skip to the next song (so glad I got such a great price). I bought two of these, one was a gift for my cousin. She likes it too!

I don't particularly find any BT speaker to sound great. Their limited driver size and range just limits what they can do. But amongst BT speakers, the Anker holds it own against pricier and more well known offerings like JBL and Sony. I also have a couple of Insignia BT speakers of similar size. The Anker has a more balanced sound and can reach slightly higher volume than the Insiginia (which also sound pretty decent). Compared to JBL's, max volume is lower, but I think it has a more balanced sound. Of these brands, Sony still sounds best with the most well balanced response and has the best bass output, but the JBL and Sony cost much more. For the money, the Anker is a good buy.

Was blown away! I didn’t expect much due to its relatively small size (not much bigger than a soda can) But it’s very impressive because it has big, deep sound, doesn’t distort at full volume, and battery life is excellent. Fast charging and it’s small size means it goes everywhere in my backpack. You’d expect something this nicely built to be 10x more costly. I’ve recommended this thing to several friends

Firstly I bought this speaker because of its price. I have a local discount chain store that sells all kinds of Bluetooth speakers from $10 to $50. If the speaker had not been on sale for the same price that the generic speaker was at another store I probably would have passed it up. Bluetooth speakers are kind of hit and miss with me. Most lack any sort of clarity volume or bass response. Most of the cheaper brands like Sylvania and Polaroid which you can find at the unnamed chain stores have an obnoxious and annoying startup Voice or beep or tone. However before checking Best buy I did go to the other store and found what I believed was a pretty good speaker. However after I checked some weekly sales at Best Buy I found this Anker at the same price that I had paid for the generic speaker. The Anker had similar power specifications and form size. However the Anker had a much better battery life and water resistance plus it did not have that annoying startup voice or tone. Now I can get over the initial startup noise with generic speakers and the one I had found actually had pretty good sound and bass response with FM mode, and USB/TF Card, however it was a no-brainer to pick up the Anker at the same price on such a steep discount with the added features like NFC pairing. When it comes to sound reproduction on a Bluetooth speaker you really need to consider any other equalizer settings on the device you are streaming from to the speaker. On a generic setting with nothing amplified from my phone the speaker sounded fairly decent. Of course when I tweaked some of the audio settings for the equalizer on the phone the speaker did sound better. Any equalization on the device streaming from is going to pre-amplify what is sent to the speaker and typically these small speakers cannot reproduce without some sort of distortion over 75%. I found the best setting to be something heavy on treble lower on mids and midway on bass. I am using a OnePlus 6t with classic EQ set for OnePlus wireless bullets. You also have to remember on Android whether you have absolute bluetooth volume enabled or not otherwise the speaker may or may not turn on at the same volume you previously were listening to it at when you turned it off. To summarize this is a great sounding speaker but the bass does lack and I probably would not have purchased it at its regular price.

I purchased this on a great sale and very happy with the speaker. It was very easy to pair up with my phone. For the size sound quality is good and doesn’t distort at high volume. I tested the distance of being connected to my phone and I was well over 100’ and it still was working!

Needed a bluetooth radio for my office and this works amazing! You can even answer calls with it and the person on the other like can hear you clearly. So clear, they even heard the ceiling fan going. Sound and connection is great. Easy to pair with your phone. I purchased 2. One for home, and one for the office. Even my mother purchased one for when she's outside gardening and would like some music.
