||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow! This machine is so fast to set up and to start using! It's a powerful little machine, and it's fairly quiet for all the work that it is doing! It's a great size too! We put it up and within 10 minutes, we were making the tug boat to test which came out perfectly! I think this is a GREAT 3D Printer for a newbie!

Reliable, high-quality, and user-friendly
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the Anker Make M5C 3D printer, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. This printer has truly exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and performance, and I couldn't be happier with the results it produces. First and foremost, the print quality of the Anker Make M5C is outstanding. The precision and level of detail it achieves are truly remarkable. Whether I'm printing intricate models or functional parts, this printer consistently delivers exceptional results. The prints come out clean, smooth, and with a high level of accuracy, which is exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the Anker Make M5C is incredibly user-friendly. The setup process was straightforward and hassle-free, even for someone like me who is relatively new to 3D printing. The printer comes with clear instructions, and the accompanying software is intuitive and easy to navigate. I appreciate how user-friendly it is, as it allows me to focus on my designs and projects rather than spending excessive time troubleshooting or dealing with complicated settings. The build quality of the Anker Make M5C is also worth mentioning. It feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence in its longevity. The printer operates smoothly and quietly, making it a pleasure to use without any annoying distractions. I also appreciate the compact design, as it doesn't take up too much space in my workspace. Another great feature of this printer is its versatility. It supports a wide range of filament materials, allowing me to experiment with different options and achieve the desired results for my projects. Whether I'm using PLA, ABS, or even more advanced materials, the Anker Make M5C handles them all with ease. Overall, I highly recommend the Anker Make M5C 3D printer to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality, and user-friendly 3D printing solution. It delivers exceptional print quality, is easy to use, and offers great versatility. With its solid build and excellent customer support, this printer is worth every penny.

Good value printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it for a good price on sale, and it was actually a really good value at that price. I was able to print several objects (had to get filament as none comes with the printer). Since this machine has no screen, you have to install and use an app on your phone and software on your PC. Once it is setup, you technically don't need it to be connected to the internet, you can load print jobs on a USB stick, you can control from the app using a Bluetooth connection only. Anyways, it did a pretty good job with the prints I did (and any issues were my problem with knowing some details of how to turn a design into a print job - in particular for adding supports). But the print components seem to be identical to the more expensive M5 (which does have screen). TLDR; it is a good high quality printer, it doesn't have a screen, but the software is good, and it works. If you can get it on sale, it's even better.

Best beginner, intermediate, and pro printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The most user friendly printer on the market, incredible quality, and always seems to impress you with it's capabilities. I have two of these and am creating so much, I also just purchased one for my father who is looking to get into this. Perfect printer for newbies. Also the price point is exceptional. This printer has 5x the capabilities of other printer at its price point.

Consistent printer with mediocre quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have mixed feelings on this printer. The ease of use is great, but the print quality is fairly mediocre. This is my third 3D printer and my first printer with auto-leveling. I also discovered a design flaw with the printer. At a certain height, if you're printing in the front left quadrant of the build plate, one of the cords can snag on the left strut of your printer (ruining your print if not damaging your printer). This fix for this is to somehow increase the height of the strut to prevent the cord from snagging. I found a model on Thingiverse for this, and I haven't had any issues since installing it. I like how reliable this printer is, but I'm not "wowed" by the print quality. Top surfaces look a little ragged and grainy. The side surfaces look fairly nice though.

Satisfied
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product. Plug and play setup is quick. Got it set up and printing with in 30 min. Juat have to make sure its on top of a stable platform that doesnt vibrate when the heat is moving or prints get messed up. Also DO NOT USE PETG filaments unless you know how to tweak the setting for it. Also DO NOT USE ANY SORT OF ROOM FANS OR TURN ON CIELING FANS WHEN PRINTING... if you do ihe printa get cooled too fast and cause issues with layer adhession. Good price point for what it can do. Maintenance is a bit cumbersome doe to the small extruder.

So far since great!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After spending a year on a used 3d "kit" printer that would get me at best .500 prints I bought this one. Over a dozen prints in, most about an hour or two with one taking 25 hours, I could not be more pleased. It was no maintenance and hardly any setup on my part so far. Great for someone that just wants to get some decent output with little to no effort.

The Best 3D Printer for Beginners
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hands down the best 3d printer for beginners. I had an Ender v3 that I bought for cheaper than this. With the filament, it cost as much as this printer. Setting it up was not easy. Setup took a couple of hours including calibration. I had so many issues with bed adhesion, layering, and leveling. Every print with the Ender gave issues with calibration after every print. It sat on my desk unused for a good year because I gave up on it. The AnkerMake M5C is completely the opposite. Overall, it took me less than 20 minutes to put it together, calibrate with the auto-level and start printing models. In the past couple of days, I’ve queued up prints every morning and print the whole day and start again. You can remotely print via Wifi either from the mobile app or on their slicer software on PC/Mac. There are presets for different types of filament so you dont have to go through the hassle of trial and error (but you can manually change bed temp, nozzle temp, speed, etc. if needed). If you’re on the fence about 3d printing or have been eyeing this printer, it’s one of the best options to start printing right away.

1-star Quality Control, 0-star Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My latest email to the company: 'I contacted you Forty-Seven times before this. That is the actual, literal number of attempts I have made to get a working printer out of you (or get my money back so I can go purchase one from a better company). Now your response is: “You purchased our printer on November 26. You received it in December. You contacted us in December about our defective product and we refused to refund you (or send a functioning printer). You contacted us in January, February, March, etc. and we refused. You contacted us in July and we finally offered you a refund. In August, we sent you an even more broken printer instead. You contacted us in September and we refused even to send more pointless replacement parts. Now we can’t offer you a refund because you’re contacting us too late.” My oldest communication with you is "[#TNA843735208]: Return and exchange request from AnkerMake app Help Center" on Tue, Dec 12, 2023. You are now trying to blame me for your incredible disrespect of my time? I was polite and patient. For months. Your "support" has been a waste of my precious hours on this earth, and your 20% refund offer is insulting. Provide a functional product or don't take the customer's money. This is theft. The rest of our communications: [form response w/tutorials to troubleshoot accessible printer parts.] We understand these steps may be a bit complex, but they usually can resolve the issue. If the above steps do not work, please let us know the situation after troubleshooting and then we can offer a targeted solution. I tried all the steps. my machine is still clogged. I can see the clog but I can not get to it. Or get it out. what should I do next? Dear _, Can you help with a photo or video of your printer's current clogging situation? Here you go. I do not know how to clean this out Dear _, May I ask if your printer's extruder is clogged is it? If so, you can refer to the tutorial below to clean it to see if you can restore your printer. I think that's not my printer you have up I made a video and loaded it up on YouTube to show you what's going on. I hope this helps. I believe the printer compacted some of the filament in the cares and I just can't get to it. https://youtu.be/Wqg3eK4gjJE?feature=shared Dear _, In this case, a replacement hot end should solve the problem, would you be willing to accept a replacement for this part? Yes, that would be great, thank you. I got the part but now I my printer will not finish a "auto Levleing" Dear _, We fully comprehend the issue that you are currently dealing with. We would like to help you further and kindly ask for your assistance in providing the following information: -- Upload the log for your printer. Here's how: Our engineers will conduct further analysis on the log. We will analyze, test, and validate this phenomenon, which may take some time. We will provide you with a response within the next 2-3 business days. We appreciate your understanding. Dear _, Sorry for the late response. We have forwarded the issue to our team of engineers and we expect to get back to you in the next 1-2 business days. Hi I am curious about my ticket. It's been over a week since I've heard anything do I pack it up in the Box to get it returned do you send me one and I put in that box and send it back? I've been waiting a long time to use my brand new printer. If it's defective let me just switch it out. You can see what's wrong with it and fix this problem in the future. Thank you Dear _, We apologize for the late reply. After the engineer's analysis, we suggest you first try to check the length of the Teflon tube from the material tray to the nozzle to see if it is the right length, in order to rule out whether it is too short to cause the pulling phenomenon and thus affecting the Z-axis downward movement. Dear _, After analysis by our engineers, replacing the hotend with a new one should solve the problem. Would you be willing to give it a try? Yes, please proceed. But if this doesn't work I would like to switch it out for one that isn't broken. I just replaced the part and I'm having the exact same problem. Please advise Dear _, Sorry to hear that. After analysis by our engineers, replacing the print head with a new one should solve the problem. Would you be willing to give it a try? What is that part exactly? But yeah I'll give it a shot. I really want this to work. Dear _, We fully comprehend the issue that you are currently dealing with. [insert same form response as above] Dear _, Thank you for your email and for providing us with the new logs. We will provide you with an update within the next 2-4 business days. ? [3 months have passed at this point] Dear _, After analysis by our engineers, replacing the type-c cable of the print head can be a solution to such issues. Would you be open to attempting this fix? If you're agreeable to this course of action, kindly inform us and we will promptly begin the warranty process. We eagerly await your response to determine the next steps. Yes, please proceed. My printer is not working. I would like to return it. Dear _, We are sorry to hear that your printer is not working. If possible, could you please provide us with more details about the issue? Upon reviewing our previous communication records, we noticed that the main components of your printer have already been replaced. Are you experiencing a new problem now? In the meantime, please note that since your order has exceeded the return window, we are unable to process a refund or return. We appreciate your understanding. I contacted you 17 times during the return window. I followed all your instructions, put hours into attempting to repair your nonfunctioning product, and prompted you to respond when you ignored my ticket for far longer than the suggested 24 hours. This printer has not worked since the first time I contacted you. These are all things potential customers deserve to know. I wish the reviews I saw had reflected what my actual experience would be. Given the circumstances, I am certain you can process a refund. I am more than happy to return the pile of parts you provided. Dear _, I am sorry to hear that your printer is still not functioning properly. Unfortunately, your printer is now beyond the refund window. However, we are very eager to assist you in resolving the issues with your printer. Upon reviewing your previous emails, I noticed that your printer has encountered several different problems, each of which has been addressed with replacement parts. If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with more details about the new issue you are facing. We will do our utmost to help you resolve it. In the meantime, please note that the printer is a highly versatile product, and proper maintenance and care are crucial. Without correct maintenance, it is easy for problems to arise. I reviewed our conversation as well. What part of "I just replaced the part and I'm having the exact same problem" led you to think I "encountered several different problems"? If I were to publish this thread, I think potential customers would reach a different conclusion. As I said, this printer has not worked since I first contacted you. I have put a lot of "proper maintenance and care" into your "highly versatile product" and gotten nothing out of it. That is why I requested a refund. If you had offered a refund during the return window, instead of random replacement parts that did not address the issue, I would have moved on to another company with no hard feelings. Instead, you dragged this out to save your company money at the expense of a customer. I'm questioning whether that "customer service" policy is even legal. Dear _, In this case, we are more than willing to replace the machine for you. If you insist on a refund, please note that since your printer is past the return window and it has been almost 8 months since the purchase, a depreciation fee may be applied. Based on your order date, a 30% depreciation fee might be charged. Please let us know your decision. We look forward to your prompt reply. I appreciate that. I accept the replacement machine. I'm excited to get printing. Dear _, I understand the frustration you may be experiencing with the binding issue on the AnkerMake Android app. To troubleshoot this, you can try the following steps: 1. Ensure that there are no other mobile phones connected to the device via Bluetooth. 2. Turn off the phone’s Bluetooth, then turn it back on, and search for the device’s Bluetooth again. 3. If the issue persists, consider restarting the printer and then searching for the device Bluetooth again. 4. If the above steps do not work, you may need to restore the machine to factory settings. For Wi-Fi connectivity issues, ensure that your 3D printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi network is working properly, and the correct Wi-Fi password is entered. You can also try updating your 3D printer's firmware to the latest version. If the problem persists, please provide the required information including Equipment SN, User APP mailbox, and a record video for further assistance. None of that worked. Dear _, We completely understand the frustration you must be feeling due to the Wi-Fi connection issues with your printer. If possible, could you please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article to see if the issue can be improved? If the problem persists, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us the logs from the app. It will not get through a self leveling. Out of the box and I can't use this printer. Dear _, I regret to hear that your printer is unable to perform leveling. Upon reviewing your order information, please note that you have purchased a new machine, not a refurbished one. If you are encountering issues with leveling, please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in

Great printer for the price. Highly Recommend.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first 3d printer and it is possibly the most user friendly one out there at this price. I didn't have time to invest in other complicated printers for leveling the bed and other issues but this is completely app controlled and does a fairly decent job at printing. It's quick and intervention free. I would recommend this if you have children that are interested in 3d printing or just want to have a device to print basic stuff.
