If you want to hear "well what else can it do?" And "but how come it's so expensive" then this is the product for you. From the beginning you may end up pulling your hair out if you're on Android and trying to set this up on 2.4 gHz network where connectivity issues seemed rampant. Once you do get it connected be ready for a bittersweet experience. No matter if you're on Android or iOS, you'll soon introduce yourself and fist bump Vector. After shouting at library-banned levels, you'll get the attention of the little guy and then force yourself to remember 1 of the 15 or so commands you can give. Be sure to say them exactly as the app tells you, otherwise Vector gives up and can't understand you. After you give up on the honeymoon phase of 10-30 minutes, you'll be excited to watch him roam around your desk. That's until he finds and edge, recognizes it, then goes right back to it. Be careful if one whole side of him goes off the edge he will try to commit suicide by wiggling off the table. I don't blame him. The feature list was impressive but here's their real meaning: 4 array mics: be prepared to shout and repeat commands 4 edge sensors: he will recognize an edge then go back and somehow still fall. Color ips screen: ok this is the best thing, his animations are great but there's light spill around the bottom of the screen. Laser sensor: doesn't matter, he only sees obects about a milimeter before he runs into them HD camera: HD? My Nokia 3300 had a better resolution camera Cloud based: it will take, no joke, 5 seconds between three steps to ask what is the tallest building in the world Facial recognition: works great if you're the only face he needs to remember Capacitive touch panel: ok petting him for the first 3 times is ok but he doesn't do anything beyond purr and close his eyes each time. Please save your money and buy the cheaper Cozmo or and Echo Dot for $40 that does 1000 times more things in half the time.

It doesn’t function properly. It doesn’t do half of what is claimed.
