Works great! Easy to use and fun, made the juiciest chicken breasts I’ve ever eaten!!!

Love working with my kitchen and getting to work with an immersion cooker is so awesome.

We originally decided to buy this b/c Best Buy had it on sale and the deal was too good to pass up. This little appliance has been one of the best purchases we've made in a long time!! We use it almost everyday and it's totally transformed the way we cook. Great for meats, seafood, veggies, potatoes....the list goes on. It's super easy to use and compact so finding somewhere to store it isn't an issue. Highly recommend!!

I have been thinking about a precision cooker for some time and decided to pull the trigger with all the at home cooking we've been doing lately. I was not disappointed. Unboxing took a minute and I was up and cooking right away. You can use the app via bluetooth which is good enough for me. I would think wifi support versions would only be helpful if delaying cooking. Happy with my purchase.

As long as you preheat the water it does a fine job of maintaining the cooking temperature . It links to your phone for easy setup. The first time I used it I ended up with the most tender and juicy steak I've ever had! Perfectly cooked!

Works as described easy to us and operate. Always a great starter for meat.

I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday since he loves to cook and he had been talking about it for a while. He really likes it especially because it has Bluetooth on it so he can kind of see what's going on through his phone. He cooked salmon, mashed potatoes, and scrambled eggs using this and the cook on each one all came out great. I would recommend.

I have owned several sous vide units. This one is a little smaller than my other units but still does a great job keeping the temperature stable. The temperature is super easy to set but is only available in .5 degree increments. My only issue with this unit is that the clamp is so small and not removable. I could not fit the clamp over either of my containers—I have a 6 gallon cooler and a plastic container. Both worked great with my other Anova unit. I ignore the Bluetooth/WiFi settings on this device and just set my time manually. I found that is much more reliable.

This is my first foray into a sous vide circulator, and I love this device. It clamps easily to a vessel (I use a pot) and heats up quickly and evenly. The app seems a bit wonky, but the good news is, you don't need it. It keeps water consistently at the same temp and makes no muss or fuss. I love it.

This is a straightforward sous vide. It is easy to use and high quality. You can't adjust the height positioning because the clamp is fixed on the device (unlike some other sous vide devices). There isn't wifi access so you have to be within bluetooth range to control it remotely. Otherwise, the on-device controls are easy to use.

A new way of cooking. There's a learning curve but once you get adjusted it so worth it. Easy peasy.

Anova never fails to perform. I have the larger version, and picked this up during the holiday sale for smaller jobs/backup. Temperatures come up quick and remain within 1 degree of accuracy the entire cook. Highly recommend for those that would like to venture into the world of Sous Vide cooking method.

I love that I can make perfect steaks with this every single time. Very easy to setup and use, even has an app for remote management and suggestions. I was recommended this by a friend, and I've passed the recommendation along to my family as well!

I had never known this device existed until my husband came back from a trip. Anyone can make the perfect steak using this. I absolutely love it! Easy to use out of the box, even with a pot that is a bit small. I did have to upgrade as the pot I had barely worked.

Easy to setup and use out of the box. Have cooked steaks, chicken breast and shrimp to perfection each time I have used this sous vide. Would highly recommend if you have never used a used a sous vide before. The learning curve is very easy to master and experiment with.

Best one I've had so far. Cooked steaks the other day and put a quick sear on it from my cast iron with garlic cloves , butter and thyme and tasted like a restaurant quality steak. You need this if you don't want to overcook your food and want to keep it juicy

I was introduced to this cooking apperatus but a few friends that are complete grill hounds..once I learned to immersion cook all my meat first then kiss it on the grill, it can make anyone a master chef!!

Works great. Great buy for the money. My husband loves it.

Setup and use with the app are simple. I usually use it in a pot of about 2 falling if water and warm up time is about 10-15 minutes. That doesn't matter much when your planning to cook an item for hours at a time. There is always an audible hum that I've heard is not present on cheaper machines but never witnessed in person.
