Absolutely love my Anova. I've made so many items from this precision cooker and it has not failed me. I've cooked for 48 hours straight without it causing an issue.

The Nano has served us well cooking beef and pork. Precision to the tenth of a degree is cool and the Bluetooth to my phone is super convenient.

This is a great machine to cook your meats. It leaves the steaks, pork chops and roasts juicy and tender. Corn on the cob when cooked with this machine is out of this world the best ever. it is a fantastic way to cook.

This is how you make a steak! I've tried cheap versions of this, but this works so much better. App actually works! Remember, you can use normal zip lock bags, you don't need to own a food saver.

I have read about this device and had a gift card from Xmas so I gave it a try. Love it!! A bit longer on the cook times but the quality of food is fantastic. Would recommend those exploring their inner culinary talents

A friend had been bragging about sous vide cooking since he received one last year for Christmas. We decided to go ahead and buy one and in the first month that we’ve had it we’ve been using it four to five nights per week. We have had some great meals and tried it with a variety of meats and fish. There are only two of us eating and I don’t know how it would work if you were cooking for a larger family. My only concern with the unit is that the bottom cap seems to be loose and I contacted Anova and left a message but never heard back from them. Other than that we are satisfied overall with the unit.

Fast, easy setup including phone connection. I've made steaks, lamb, chicken, all cooked to perfect temperature and with excellent tenderness. I'd recommend this to anyone, and its much easier than smoking or grilling.

Setup and use with the app are simple. I usually use it in a pot of about 2 falling if water and warm up time is about 10-15 minutes. That doesn't matter much when your planning to cook an item for hours at a time. There is always an audible hum that I've heard is not present on cheaper machines but never witnessed in person.

Was buying it to cook near perfect steaks and then found out it can cook so much more. I love this Anova precision cooker and would recommend it to some one else.

Got it for my parents, now they send me constant pictures of all the stuff they cook with it. Cook it in the magic box, slap it on the grill for a nice char, Win!

I had debated about getting the original for a while and finally decided to get the newest version and I do not regret it at all. I've only cooked a few steaks with this but I look forward to trying other items as well.

This is a really cool gadget that i never knew i needed. Ive used it for steak and fish and it provides perfect results every time!

Friend a chef recommended I try it. I have not been disappointed meat comes out flavorful and tender. Cooked a round roast for 24 hours was tender and tasted amazing for a so so cut of beef.

We used the Sous Vide for the first time to cook steaks for Thanksgiving and they turned out great. The device is super easy to use. Can’t wait to try it with pork and chicken. It’s a good gift for the cooks in your family.

We have had the Anova Sous Vide for a while. My nephew is getting into cooking and this deal couldn't be passed up. He has used it at least 3 times a week and loves it. Fantastic tool.

Great lightweight small unit. Does not heat up as fast as the larger ones, but this is so compact. Great for entry into sous vide and fine for most home uses.

This has changed the way I cook meats and vegetables forever. Everything comes out perfect and it's incredibly convenient. Set it and forget it.

I have made Lamb, Chicken, & Steaks and all have turned out wonderfully. I the complain ap does a good job of helping with receips and acts as a reminder when your food as cooked the expected time.
