Great sealer at a great price. Easy to use and smaller size makes for easier storage. Got this with a sous vide and cooking has upped a notch.

Both ends of the sealer lock into place which eliminates the need for pressing down manually. Once the bag is locked into place, it's just a button press to do what you need to (vacuum + seal, just seal, and vacuum pulse). I've found that all of the different meats I've sealed (with and without bones) hold up just fine in the freezer. The rectangular form factor is also very nice. I use this item regularly for sous vide.

I love it. I have a hand held that uses the resuable seal bags but those aren't all that great for larger items. This sealer lets me seal larger cuts of meat. It's very easy to use. I wish it was just a tiny bit shorter, but that's not a big deal.

Used to vacuum seal cuts of meat. The product is easy to use and has good seals on the bags. However, got to watch for when the bag folds over and does not form a full seal. I blame this more on bags than the vacuum sealer. All and all a solid purchase for the price.

Works like a charm, easy to use and compact. Good buy will never store again in the freezer in baggies. Never had one before so I can not compare to others. Now we stock up on meats. During Covid-19 we bought from Omaha steaks and defrosting per their instructions is just as good as buying fresh so we learn to package top quality meats that we buy locally at a much cheaper price. All our ripe fruit that we can no use up goes in the freezer and we use the pulse vacuum feature on soft fruits; great for smoothies.

Love this item! So easy to use. We had a different one previously and it broke so quickly, took forever to seal, etc. this one is quick and so easy to assemble and use.

Simple, easy, and reliable! Works amazingly sealing any food to store in the freezer! I trust this product and will recommend to others because this is a must need for those that are having trouble of frozen meat from getitng freeze burns. This stuff lasts & protects!

Very Satisified, very simple and easy to use. I like the roll bag option as it allows you to cut the bag to any size you want. Simply cut to the size you want seal one end then put your item in and vacuum and seal the other. You can also use this for other things as well and not just food products. Just about any item you can think of you can vacuum and seal. It is easy to open and easy to close. Very straightforward operation, am getting one for my daughter for Christmas. :-)

Seals very easily. Vacuums air out of sealable bags and heat seals the edge to close. Great for storing food longer.

Really great way to keep leftovers. After a little practice, we were delighted with the results. We also got a bulk shipment of Peppers, and were able to vacuum seal separate portions of those peppers, for future use.

We purchased this after our previous sealer only lasted two years with minimal use. So far this one seems to be working better. Hopefully we will get more years out of it.

This sealer is great for having such a compact size! I’ve used this sealer for storing food in the freezer and for preparing ingredients for a sous vide. It works fine but you may want to buy up if you to freeze soups or other foods with even a small amount of liquid content. You can use the pulse button to seal saucy foods but you won’t be able to fully vacuum the air out. This works fine if you’re diligent.

The Anova Vacuum Sealer is very compact, lightweight, and easy to use. We are having so much fun using it by buying value packs of meat on sale and breaking the packages down into meal portions. We feel that this sealer will save us so much money and reduce our food waste. So glad we chose this particular sealer over all the others.

This was purchased as a wedding gift for a young couple just setting up house together and starting with relatively nothing. Not long after the nuptials, I was sent a wonderful thank you card for the gift with the exuberant exclamation of how well the product works. They have used it to take advantage of buying items to freeze, in bulk.. and keeping left overs fresher, longer.

This little vacuum sealer does a great job, and is simple to use. It has 3 function buttons an two locking tabs one on each side. This meant to use for sous vide cooking but I use it for both sous vide and freshness vacuum sealing for meats prior to freezing.

This thing really does work great. We have widen our recipes in the kitchen thanks to this!

So far I am using this Anova Vacuum machine for just 3 weeks after I purchased them like 4 weeks ago, its been doing its main job on perfectly in vacuum sealing. Machine is sturdy. On the performance, it seems pretty good so far. I basically chose this Anova brand because of a good reviews. Hope this will last longer for my future use. Looks like this will be my knowing-my-buddy in the kitchen yet!

We got this with the Anova Sous Vide for my nephew. We have one and use it constantly - and he does now too. The food stays better in the freezer and so much better to sous vide in one of these bags instead of a ziploc.
