Absolutely love this product. Bought to replace another brand that was about 5 years old. Although not difficult to install I was able to use the existing mounting plate making it even easier! Hooked up the cable that ran into the house, scanned each TV, and instantly had 50+ stations. I live 20-25 miles southwest of downtown KC so mounting the antenna on the east side of my house provides a clean, clear signal. I picked up even more channels than I had before! If you're ready to cut the cord, start with this and then maybe add a DVR/channel guide and you'll be good to go!

I was trying to decide whether to go with this antenna or the more expensive ClearStream 4MAX. I ended up purchasing the 2MAX and have been pleasantly surprised! I currently have it sitting on my fireplace mantle next to my TV and it picks up 26-channels. Some of the channels I’ll never watch but I pick up the major networks (ABC, NBC, CBS) and get a few unexpected channels (MeTV, Decades, Heroes & Icons, Grit, Antenna TV, Comet, True Crime, and PBS to name a few). Going to take it up in my attic and mount it so I don’t have to constantly look at it. I expect to get equal if not better performance in the attic.

Before mounting the antenna in it final location I connected it to the TV inside the house and rotated to get a feel for reception and direction. The picture was really good so I installed it outside and aimed it in the same direction. The reception is great, we receive numerous channels and mama is happy. We all know how important that is.

Purchased another brand that claimed it could reach 50 miles. Had an amplifier in it. It barely worked and if it rained it didn’t work. Installed this antenna. No issues. Great signal strength. Took about 45 min to install.

My husband bought this for us to get the local channels so we could watch the World Series. It works great! We previously bought a cheaper model to watch local channels, but it did not give a consistent picture and constantly had problems receiving the signal. This product has been perfect. It works great with consistent signal. No complaints.

More expensive than the one that it replaced but we'll worth the money. The old unit brought in 13 channels but 6 were not strong enough to be able to view, now I can see all 13. It was replaced because a tree limb fell on it. If I add a rotor it may increase that number as the antenna is directional. Not all internet bargains are bargains.

This thing has worked great. After trying 5 different indoor put on the wall or window flat little antennas which were just ok, and had to be messed with all the time if you changed channels, this one does the job. Hooked it to the dish satellite apparatus outside and used the existing cables from that thing. Works way better.

I've tried paper thin antennas being about 25 miles from the majority of local TV towers near me. Even with an amplified 50mile radius antenna, they all sucked. This thing just point in the direction of the towers and BAM, all channels on the first scan!! I'm running this antenna from inside my home office connected to a tablo dual system.

If your cutting the cord this works very well. We get around 20 English speaking channels and are about 30-50 miles away from towers. Good signals and even catch our local HD channels. We just kept ours indoors with the stand. All of our local towers are on the same mountain so we don’t need to adjust the position ever.

Clear pictures, excellent reception, will recommend

First, it was easy to select and to purchase. Talk about under promise an over deliver! WOW! a GREAT experience! From beginning to easy connection. and the reception is flawless too! Takes up some room on my dresser, but its not in the way. I have already recommended it to a co-worker and other friends.

This antenna definitely brings in stations within 40 to 50 miles as advertised. We have tried 5 other antenna products/branda, and this one is the best. We have it outside (freestanding). It has endured a multitude of rainstorms, cloudiness, etc., Without losing any of our stations come or even temporarily.

Easy to set-up and use with my TV. Have a cheaper indoor TV antenna connected to another TV that seems to work a little better. It is connected to a TV in a different location in the house though. Also, the cable connection on the antenna needs to be a little longer, in my opinion. Because of its length, it causes the antenna to lean forward slightly when placed on a flat surface.

Awesome antenna, kind of pricey though. Better if mounted outside. Apartment living, not able to. Have hanging in the window and definitely pick up stations I hadn't been able to with the rabbit ears.

I was skeptical of this at first but did find positive reviews elsewhere. I can confirm that this antenna does work very well and have since ordered its preamp and reflector assembly from the manufacturer. The coax connection is a bit touchy so when installing it, be sure to fully secure the entire cable from antenna to TV set in place. I set it up initially indoors and was surprised at the all the stations it picked up (144 in L.A.) without any degradation in signal quality. Thus the purchase of the accessories to mount it outdoors to squeeze as much signal from the air waves.

If your looking to cut the cord. This is the antenna to use, I use mine indoor with no issues. If needing to use outdoors I suggest the next model up. The cost is more but worth it. Tried other products. I like this the best...Simple and very easy to install.
