Tried this at my house and picked up 4 to 6 channels and we couldn't get any before using it. We live 10 miles in the country. Hooked it up at my moms who lives on the outside of town and she picked up an additional 14 channels. Obviously the closer to broadcast towers you are the more channels you will get. We have tried less expensive ones at our house and couldnt pick up any channels with them. This one did provide a few channels.

This antenna is a great value. easy to install, fantastic picture and running 3 TV's and not paying for cable. How wonderful!

I am 14 miles away from transmitting tower and had a signal strength for PBS channel which fluctuated between 0 and 2 preventing me from watching programs that I enjoyed. With the new antenna, the signal varies between 7 and 8 giving me dependable service from PBS. All other channels originally had signal strength of 6 to 7 and now have a strength of a steady 10. I'm very pleased with the new antenna.

Best antenna I've put up since living at this location. Tried two others with moderate success. I get all of the immediate locals plus several fringe channels. Since I live on the edge of town I do not have quite as much interference from tall buildings as others might have. I have it mounted maybe 10 to 12 feet high so I can reach easily to adjust if necessary. I live approximately 25 to 30 miles from the major towers and perhaps 50 to 60 from the fringe areas. Money was well spent.

I have this one pointed at Madison and pull stations in 40 plus miles away. I got the next one up and pointed it toward Milwaukee and get both great. We cut the cable.

I live between Pittsburgh and Cleveland. This antenna pulled in several chanels from both cities. The picture quality is 1080p high def. Nice backup to cable or satellite and can also provide free tv if all you want are local stations.

Good reception. We can finally get rid of directv.

It works well and gets good signal strength just have to aim it correctly

I found it very easy to install and aim. you can pull in channels from 60 miles away with very little signal lost

I got this because I couldn't get the dinky antenna I already had to pick up a channel I needed to watch with much success. Hooking this up definitely solved that problem and allowed me to pick up the rest of the OTA channels with very little effort. Next project is to put it up in the attic because it's hiding in one of my bushes. Not really the best mounting location even though my channel reception is just fine (and the wife probably wouldn't appreciate that).

This is great antennae. Connected to 4 tv with amplifier and great signal on all 4. Picture is better than cable.

Great product but a bit hard to set up. Quite a few steps and parts to assemble. But once I got it together it has worked great. I am in the mountains and still get fab reception unless we are in the middle of a gnarly storm. I love not paying a fat cable bill!

I neededan antenna for my mom.Saw this one and asked best buy personal about it. They said it was a very good antenna.I bought one and have been very pleased now my mom gets 31 channels with no cable bill.

I bought this to replace expensive cable services. I am picking up 30 stations which is great considering the area I live in. I have already recommended this to my mother and she recommended it to a friend who has already installed one. Very, very happy with this purchase. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to replace cable or dish.

Great choice for someone who doesn't watch a ton of TV and doesn't want to pay those crazy cable prices!!

I recently kicked cable out of the house. Wanted to watch the SuperBowl on TV, not on my computer. The antenna cabling hooked up fine to my dated LCD big screen and provided fine reception, from inside the basement. After finding the direction to aim to catch the most towers, I get great reception (although still get occasional stop action pixelating).
