I have a lot of trees and I was even able to get a great signal by installing it in my attic. Being able to put it in my attic also eliminated possible damage from blowing tree branches.

This antenna is replacing an indoor antenna and the difference is night and day. I am in rural area with many trees and rolling hills. The closest antenna is 30 miles a way but you wouldn't know it with this antenna.

Bought this as a backup to DirecTV so we'd have some form of reception during bad weather. Reception is fine during clear weather but choppy during storms.
According to antennaweb.org, we are supposed to receive 'up to 53 channels from 24 over-the-air stations...' and we averge 40 miles from most sources. We are mounted on the chimeny outdoors and in-line amplify close to the antenna but still only receive 46 stations.
Bottom line...it works but signal strength will vary based on distance and/or obstructions.

I'm using this as an indoor antenna placed next to a window on the 2nd floor. It is easier to get more of the channels I should get (vs. my old antenna), but not all of them despite the broadcast towers being about 2 miles apart, in the same direction from my house and about 27 miles away. It's ironic I can receive signals beyond the broadcast towers for my area but not 2 of the major channels (NBC & ION).

I found 67 channels with this antenna (versus ~30 on a an indoor winegard antenna), however many of the channels found display a large amount of noise on screen (even the channels the winegard found). I purchased an Antenna's Direct 20db attenuator, which cleaned the problem up a little bit...but it's still noticeable. I've shifted and remounted the antenna to different locations outside of my house, and I get various degrees of this noisy reception.

Setup was easy as was directing the antenna to the optimum direction. Its light, compact and received the channels beautifully. I now receive 30-31 different channels and am very satisfied with the product.

I have this antenna inside the house sitting behind the TV. It was easy to connect. Brings in stations in the 45 to 50 mile range but stations near the limit of its advertised 60 mile range won’t come in. Digital either works or it doesn’t, there is no in between. The stations that are within 50 miles are clear and sound good. Beyond that nothing. Recommended if you are within 50 miles of desired stations.

Easy to install, took me about 20 minutes. With an indoor antenna I was able to watch only 14 channels and now with this antenna I get 42 channels in my area including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and CW

Installation was easy. Directions are easy to follow. We installed on an eave and were able to get all the local over-the-air stations. Some as far as 40 miles away. I recommend this antenna.

I bought this OTA antenna to replace our overpriced Xfinity cable. The reality is that most of the TV we watch in our home is ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox. I installed this in our attic. It is receiving through one exterior wall and lots of trees. So far, it has been working great. We are just about 3 miles from most of the TV towers, so I'm sure that helps. We are using a TIVO Bolt, and the signal strength is about 75% for most of the channels we receive. Now, we are only paying for high-speed internet and saving about $150 a month. We are supplementing the basic channels we receive through OTA antenna with an Apple TV. Phone is now a VOIP using Ooma--also excellent!
