Anthem is a huge mistep for bioware. Although there are positives like gameplay and flight, there are more negatives. Performance of this game is poor, lags often and sometimes crashes (this has been fixed with updates). The story is lackluster at best and doesn't provide the story telling that BioWare is known for. A dissapointment for the fans and developer.

The shooting is just as great as Mass Effect 3 and Mass Effect Andromeda along with the brilliant flying mechanic. It isn't without it's problems though as the long loading screens get old after a while.

A lot of the bugs and glitches present at release have been addressed. The game is fun for all of the reasons other reviewers have mentioned. The potential for greatness is still there. The biggest current hurdles for the game and its developers are fixing the loot system and impressing with the Cataclysm event. Depending on how that pans out, it could be the game's saving grace or the final nail in the coffin. I'm still holding onto hope. While the game at release was lacking the polish and depth we were promised and expecting, Anthem has great bones. There's still the possibility that they could turn it around. I would certainly say, "Give it a chance," at its current $20 price point.

This game is super fun. I’m having a great time so far. The shooting and weapons and skills all make you feel super cool. The flying is super rad as well.

when this is on sale/clearance ..... it's a steal of a deal ......so when you see it at a low price ....don't wait it will sell out

The game is all over the place. Visually it’s amazing. When it’s on point it’s fun, but way to glitch and buggy.

At release this game is decent, but it really has the potential to be great. The fun factor is very high, but that wears off in time and there is currently not enough end game activities for a looter shooter. On top of that the high end loot system still needs work. If the developer makes some large free updates and really supports this game I would come back to it, because it does have a high fun factor with the flying and javelin suit combat.

A beautiful game with loads of potential. How this is leveraged moving forward remains to be seen and will determine if it is a great success, or disappointment. Reserved, but hopeful.

The game does feel like it will have some legs. Don't believe all the hate - the combat is addictive and the loot is just enough. If you liked Destiny, then this is right up your alley.

Beautiful game and very fun. After awhile it gets repetitive. They are redoing the entire game for free to make it less repetitive so it may go up.

This game is fun and has tons of action in it. Some of the missions get a little repetitive but the main story will keep you hooked. The dialog in the Fort can be a bit boring.

The game is actually decent, it just gets boring really fast. Once you get past the movement and the flying which this game does the best I've ever seen in a game, well it's kind of a let down. I did enjoy it but I paid full price and that I don't enjoy for what I got. If you see it for anything lower than $15 definitely get it just to experience that flying lol

I realize people hate this game because (EA Bad). Overall I enjoy playing it, I like the feel of the game and I think it’s visually pretty awesome at times (or at least on the Xbox one x). There isn’t a lot of variety when it comes down to powers and weapons but they’re fun enough to keep me going. Missions get a little stale and after awhile I bet I’ll get tired of it, but I’m enjoying myself so far.

I really like this game, despite all the negativity it’s getting I think it’s really fun. Definitely has bugs that need to be fixed even though it’s been out for a month.

It’s a good game with excellent graphics. Missions can get long and sometimes confusing if you miss part of the storyline. Will keep you entertained for a long time.

This game is a blast with many hours of fun to be had. Yes, it has its issues but so do other games that are a game to a service model. it will get better with time.

It's a good game, good thing I didn't bought in to the hype cause it's a little bit of a let down. But overall make me feel like I'm ironman on this game.

Even with all the negativity you can’t help to see what all the fuss is about... $40 & a free steel book grabbed my attention now I will see for good or bad...

Game is fun up until there is nothing left. Game is still in early levels of really starting up so hopefully within the next 3 months it really shines through!

The game itself has solid mechanics and an enjoyable concept but they’re working through some bugs and issues so it may be a bit before it’s fully enjoyable.
