Pros

Cons

  • When I purchased my computer it came with Webroot Internet Security plus, then it expired so I purchased just the Antivirus, now I cannot get it to register this one, it keeps telling me my subscription is expired, so there is no way to do any scans or anything, I will be taking this back and will be forced to buy the more expensive one.damvinny

I am sure this would be a good product if you never had any of their products downloaded on that computer.

      Hello,

When Webroot expires and you buy a new keycode, all you need to do is click the gear icon next to My Account and then enter the new keycode in the field provided.

      Regards,

I didn't want to auto renew and pay more when my service expired. I had rewards to use and saved money. However I still get popups saying my subscription is expired since they want you to renew and get ripped off. I find this annoying. I would think if I install new software the old software should be able to detect this and recognize coverage. Please do something about this!
