This monitor is well priced on sale. Works reasonably well as a computer monitor for internet and windows based programs. I found it to be poor for 4K movies. Watching movies with dark scenes show the red blur others have described with motion. Colors in in dark scenes are also blurry and lack crispness. I've played 4K films through both a Sony UBP-X800 and Oppo UPD-205. I've tried multiple HDMI cables all rated for High Speed (4K @ 60Hz, HDR, 18Gbps), both HDMI port 1 and 2, and tried to adjusted the "overdirve" setting to strong. In bright movie scene picture is fine. Struggles to handle dark scenes or dark areas on the screen.

This thing is great. I use it to do some photo editing, to do all of my computer work, and to watch movies and Netflix/Hulu/etc. It excels at all of these tasks. It is bright and has a very crisp display. This is NOT a gaming monitor, but probably would suffice as such. Was an absolute bargain for the price I paid when it was on sale. Highly recommended!

This large monitor is great for reading numbers. I zoom to 200 or 300 and can easily complete spreadsheets. Also I have a second computer attached and use the multi screen function so I can work on two computers at once. Overall a great buy with zero problems. Excellent 4k when watching videos.

So far i've found nothing to complain about. the beast was a bit too large to put on a desk so i mounted it on the wall. Now it's at the perfect height. It's not a real high end monitor but that's fine with me. The colors are nice when i open photoshop. For the price there's nothing to complain about.

The monitor is great just like others have comment. But there is severe quality problem, and it should not appear on a $600 monitor!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND YOU WILL KNOW!!! (the pictures are white color and yellow color)

This is a great monitor for the value. It reminds me a lot of some of the early Samsung curved LED TVs (I used to service them and the chassis design of this monitor is almost identical to some of the Samsungs if I remember correctly). The color was fairly accurate out of the box with no setting adjustments. Just like others, I also experienced the red motion blur that happened primarily with high-contrast images. I found setting the "Overdrive" configuration in the menu to medium and strong seemed to resolve the issue.

This monitor is worth the money! At 40 inches long, you'll never have to wish you had more room to multitask, and the 4K resolution will make watching movies a blast! Highly recommended!

This is the best gaming screen I have bought. Using it 4k on Xb1. amazing picture and response. Very pleased.

Always been a brand name monitor guy until I saw this 40” 4K curved and decided give this monitor a try since it was on sale. Reason for the four starts is because I ordered it online and picked it at the store, however I noticed someone has already tampered with the factory seal. I decided to take the chance since it was out of the stock and I did purchase Geek squad 4 year warranty. The monitor seemed to be a brand new and worked right out of the box. Still don’t understand why the seal was broken. This monitor does not support Free Sync or the GSync but the games looked/performed flawless regardless! I did not notice any screen tearing, ghosting and lag! Playing games on a 40” 4K curved monitor is amazing experience. Picture quality is perfect but so so on some windows 10 applications. This monitor looks high-end and beautiful on my desk. MY SYSTEM: -Wins 10 Pro 64bit -i7 7700K -16 Gig PC3000 -500 Gig SSD M.2 + 2T HD -MSI GTX 1080 Ti PRO: -Build quality!!! -Accessories, include all types of possible connections cables. - Number of inputs! -Perfect picture quality (gaming and 4K pictures) -Curved 4K -Did not notice input lag, ghosting, and screen tearing. -Wall mountable CON: -No swivel -No height adjustment (it wasn’t needed for me)

The monitor is an excellent value! Very large but accurate and high resolution! And the curve is excellent!

I used it with a nice camera system. The picture quality was superb. Made my install look like it was worth the money spent.

Monitor went black and stopped working after 6 weeks. Customer service wanted me to spend $50 plus boxes to repair and send in. Best Buy Longview would not repair or send in in. Now I have a very large paper weight a year later. I have bought 20+ of AOC monitors through business channels. Never again. They look great but if you have issues you might as well throw it away. Best Buy, Longview and AOC are not customer service oriented.

I purchased 2. 80 inches of awesomeness! Great for use with engineering software/images.

Monitor works great with laptop and HDMI cable. Once I found joystick it was easy to control setup features. Can do PIP but when you disconnect or laptop hibernates the cable will become main input. Can change setup features to control.

Awesome display. Received an open box item and geek squad certified.

Love using this for both my gaming and my Netflix.

Great product. Exactly as described! Very happy with this purchase.

It served it's purpose for it's time, now technology has advanced and this monitor is just enough to view normal PC functions. I would not recommend for HQ visuals or graphics.
