Decent, but has some issues for the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The process to turn on the monitor is odd, the stand is flimsy, and the power button broke within two months. AOC has a pretty awful warranty claiming process. Pros is that it does have a good picture, accurate color, no blurring, and reasonably small bezel.

Wouldn’t recommend
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not as “portable” as it seems, way too many cords, it’s not something you can easily pick up and go. I returned this due to it being too much to deal with for what I wanted it for. I want to easily move around the house and work from home.

So much hope, but did not deliver
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely poor quality. Only holds a charge for about 1 1/2 hours. Touch screen never worked. Very disappointing.

Don't waste your time..
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Should change the name from AOC, already a bad name, to POC. Total POC. It doesn't plug in and work like the Asus monitor does. Requires, apparently, software loaded. The lousy instructions show a disc, but that was not included. Also says or go to the website. No software download of any kind is there. Even on the page that states "manuals, FAQs and software updates". Nothing there just FAQs. States something about calling, too. But there is no phone number. Only way to contact is by filling in a form. Did that, and got 3 automatic emails over the next 3 days saying they've logged my case and would respond in 24-48 hours. Three days in a row. No one has actually responded. Save the wasted time and aggravation, and skip anything from this crappy company.

Ok not great. Lack of details in setup.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works fine. But very limited setup information. Because it’s only usb type-c you will need a convert if your primary device is not type -c. It’s not clear at al how much battery power is on the device and also unclear if it needs to be plugged into a power source or if the Type -C connection will power it. Again very limited instructions and significant lack of detail. Decent screen, got the job done. But kept necessarily an easy plug n’ play option.

Complete AOC garbage.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't make it a year, with very, very little use at the fire station in a protective Pelican case. Never even got the protective film off the back. Cannot recommend purchasing AOC products. Monitoring with Klein USB digital meter and it will not take a charge at all.

Touch screen for usb c only.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One thing to note is that this does not come with a micro hdmi cable. Just usb c to c with also a usb a adapter. To use the touch screen you have to use the usb c port rather than the micro hdmi.

I am not buying another one!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As an owner of two brand-new units of this product, it is with regret that I must report a recurring issue. Upon connection to my 2022 Dell work laptop, both units displayed an error message stating "May not have enough power for the USB device", and promptly shut off after a brief power-on phase. Despite the presence of two USB-C ports, neither of them proved compatible with this device, which is marketed as having a battery capable of sustaining it. Regrettably, the first unit was returned and, at present, the second is slated for the same fate. My primary objection to this device is its inability to support USB-C, a feature I require due to the absence of an HDMI output on my laptop. Additionally, despite the promotional materials depicting functionality with cell phones, neither of the two units I purchased functioned as advertised with my own phone. Furthermore, the device's touch feature necessitates the connection of two cables to the monitor, which was not made apparent in the product's description. This is a disappointment and detracts from the overall user experience. It is worth mentioning that I hold no fondness for writing negative reviews, as I tend to compose a multitude of positive reviews before needing to express a negative critique. Regrettably, the product in question has proven to be unsatisfactory, and it is not one that I can, in good conscience, recommend to others.
