I was skeptical about buying an AOC monitor since I had never heard of this brand before. I have to say that after a year and half or use, this monitor still delivers and I'm very happy with my decision.
It's cheap, color accurate right of the box, I didn't notice any burnout or dead pixels. Great for editing videos and photos. If it had a USB-C port, it will be the perfect monitor for my needs.

This is an excellent monitor particularly when considering the cost. The unit is easy to set up and completely plug and play with my Linux system. Software controls are compatible with the Linux DDC controls. My only observation is that it is slower to come out of sleep mode than my previous monitors, even the 4K ones.

Good performance, no issues whatsoever. Use it almost every day to play games and work and I never turn it off.

I spent close to $400 for this monitor. It arrived undamaged but when I attached it to my PC, it did not work. It didn't even power up.

Minor Suggestions, No Degrading Complaints

I really like this monitor. However, I could love it with a few simple changes and 1 or 2 design changes.
Firstly, its big, very big. Please measure accordingly or you will be re-boxing it for the wrong reasons.
Also, there are 2 power buttons. One on the back and one on the front located in one of the standard corner spots of any monitor.
Does what it says it does. Solid monitor.
Few Gripes:
Firstly, the reflective nature of the edges of the monitor reflect background distractingly so. I have moved my desktop icons from the edges as a result as when there are text documents there, my brain tries to read them initially, thus causing distraction.
Second, the swivel was not well designed, especially if not used on an entirely stable or flat surface. My glass desk makes the entire monitor just move rather than spin as its design would initially allow.
Also, the changing of inputs is less than intuitive.
Otherwise, great monitor!
