I have this on my 3D printer for power outages (the normal kind and the kind where the adult child turns on everything at once.) It’s small and doesn’t have a lot of juice to run stuff a long time but this will keep the printer going long enough to do a soft pause to finish up a print layer or needing to flip the breaker (in the case when it’s the kid.)

Perfect size for what I needed it to do. Easy to setup, using it as a backup to power my sump pump.

I was looking for something simple and reliable to use for my kids school computer because power outages are quite common in our area and it can seriously damage electronics. This is an excellent product. We already have several of this kinda but more powerful for our home office. So far so good!

As you just know we had a huge storm I had one of these hooked up to my modem and I had another one of these hooked up to my router even though we lost power I was still able to surf the net and it kept my devices going for many hours...... thanks APC

Replaced an older version of this UPS device which worked without any issues for several years. Best Buy had a very competitive price, order entry was really easy, and delivery was super fast. When our household starting working from home because of the Covid-19 virus. I wanted to make sure all of our laptops, monitors and our internet equipment had enough power to shut down correctly and protect the equipment from a power surge. So I purchased the (APC Back-UPS 600) for the laptops and monitors, and the (APC Backup-UPS 1500) for our internet equipment/TV/Xbox. I chose these models after I read various articles about joule ratings and I discovered that the bigger the joule rating the better protection on your equipment. Out of the APC 425, 450, 600 & 900, the 600 had the best joules rating protection. So I purchased 2 of these for 2 different rooms, and the only complaint (not a big one) is that there is only 1 USB charging port. However, these backups have worked fine since we already had 2 power surges in our home. I would definitely purchase APC products again. I have always used APC UPS units. This particular model is simple to use and works great. You can connect it to your computer to set it up or just do it manually on the unit. There is a loud obnoxious alarm, but it can be turned off (see the manual for how).

I purchased this battery because it came with powerchute software. The lower models do not come with the software or cable that hooks up to the computer via USB. The powerchute software can systematically shut down your programs and your computer automatically if there is a power outage lasting a more than expected.

Bought the previous generation a couple years ago, but this one is better. The spacing between outlet inputs is much better for today's various, large-sized plugs. Thought about getting a larger back up, but the price for this one was too good to pass up. Be sure to search and price match to find the best deal.

Great backup. Keeps my playstation 5 from shutting off during intermittent power outages

Bought this UPS to run my internet wireless modem/router during our frequent, but usually short power outages. I have an older APC UPS to keep my computer and NAS going during the same events. If this unit lasts as long as the old one, I will be pleased.

This UPS is top-notch. We have purchased several in the last year or so and they just work. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a solid-performing UPS.

Keeps my router up and running! No more power outages for me!

Works well. We have it mainly for our router/modem. Not to long after we purchased it, a storm had gone through and knocked the power out. The APC kicked on, and we still had internet even though the power was still out.

I am using this product in my internet modem and entertainment devices. Very useful specially if theres a power fluctuation, it will not affect that connected to it.

I have bought these battery backuos for years. Very reliable. I use mine to keep internet from going out in a storm or quick power outage. Can keep internet on for hours if power stays out.

This is my 3rd APC back-up I've owned. I did buy another at around the same time as this one that failed almost immediately, but this particular one has been excellent!
