I have been using this battery backup for couple of months and it has been working as expected. APC is known for their quality UPS, and this product is no exception.

Battery side surge side great for a desktop pc. Last for about 25 minutes when the power goes out. Gives you that safe feeling to save your work.

Have only had it a few days, but it seems to be working fine so far. I have used them in the past at work and have always found them to be reliable.

Great if you have frequent power outages. Does what it's supposed to do.

I was able to get this backup system at a great price from Best Buy plus I was able to use Best Buy points to get it. Can't beat this backup for our church use!

This UPS was a replacement for older version. This works great. Give peace of mind that my electronics are protected from power surges.

I needed my battery backup while initially setting up my computer. Works great, just make sure you plug the correct cords in the appropriate outlets.

I am using this battery backup for my lawn water system and had excellent results with my previous unit that had given me about 10 years of usage.

APC is a premium brand, and this new unit is working fine for me, just as the last one did for a few years until the battery wore out. I prefer to replace the whole unit, rather than just the battery, because the price isn't that much different and just getting a new battery doesn't renew the surge protection that eventually wears out. APC used to include the Powerchute software in the box, but now you have to register at the APC website and download it, which I did. I needed to adjust the sensitivity of the unit from high to medium because things like the printer and vacuum kept making the unit jump into battery mode for a few seconds.

Good entry level back up. Does what is stated. A little bulky.

Had my power go off 2 days after I received it. Was able to charge my phone and keep some lights on till the power came back on.

Good UPS. It last 25 minutes with my desktop, monitor, running before it ran out of juice. I would recommend for people with desktop.

This is a really good surge protector. Where I live we have a lot of thunder & Lightning storms. I have 3 of these surge protectors. So far all my electronics are working with no problems from power surges.
